I think you misunderstand what it means to be a foreigner here.
Though you're absolutely right that being able to speak Chinese is a huge benefit to a foreigner I'm not looking for girlfriends (which is what girls want when they meet a foreigner who can speak Chinese.) I am attached, with no desire to break the situation, and therefore, need something on the side. Money attached. To send her away / keep her quiet / whatever.
You're right, it's easy for a guy who isn't even moderately attractive in the States (like me) to pick up girls easily. But they want to make boyfriends out of you and that just creates a very complicated situation.
You mention the university situation. We have a phrase "Don't shit where you eat." I don't know how you manage to hook up with your students, but that will bite you in the ass eventually. Even though teacher / student sex is pretty hot, the possible resulting shitstorm of a girl who can't keep her mouth shut entirely locks up that angle.
It brings up a good point. Where could I go hunting for Mamasans here in Taipei. Assuming I can speak Chinese? I wouldn't know where to look, but I would know what to say.
Another way to release pressure
With huge pressure these days on the not so promising economy situation, so happened my freebies a Filipina OFW call me and telling me its her day off, so we went out to the usual hide outs, Taoyuan Wego motel. A great early morning fuck, I can see that the pressure these days of the filipinos workers facing possible sending back due to the said fishing vessel massacre issue. I think, gov't has to do something, they should help solving most of the high tech factory for hiring skill workers and on the other hand, not sending back our "pressure releaser" dating mate. Once we have less pressure due to these unsung heroes, then we can think of better way to help boost our country economy. So its is simply one stone hit 2 birds!

Some points may be a little obvious but I'll just put them in here for completness, just skip the points you know about.
First get an email adres that's not your regular adres. I use gmail for this. You can think something up yourself, but I'm using my real first name and some bogus last name. Since my native language is not english it's real easy for me to have an email adres that looks like I'm using my real first and last name. So whenever a girl gets my email and she sees my first name she automatically thinks the second half is my last name. And this has been VERY helpfull for me one time, cause some ex-bf hacked into the email of a girl that I was fucking at the time. He threatened to write a letter to my wife cause he said now that he knew my name he could find my adres too, well good luck buddy I still have to hear from him. Don't know if he actually tried though. (don't know if people know this but Taiwan is actually one of the few countries where adultery is illigal and punishable by law)
After you have done this go to a site named Badoo, this is a dating site. Make a profile using the names you just put into your email. Tell some nice things about yourself and put up some interests. Also make sure you have some nice pics of yourself (pics with cute animals always attract girls). Badoo has three options on your status. Single, married or open relationship. Don't put in married! Initially this will turn girls off. Select open relationship, most of them don't even know what it means. Make sure you set Taipei as your hometown even if you don't live there otherwise girls from Taipei won't be able to find you.
Now it's time to think of some story you are going to tell girls when they contact you. I make sure I keep to the truth as much as possible and I stick to this story no matter what. This way I don't need to remember which girl I told what. If they ask about the open relationship I tell them my wife and I are openminded and think seeing other people are spicing up our relationship. If they don't ask about it I don't mention it either. At one point when I've talked with the girl for awhile and I have given her compliments and she has told me she thinks I'm handsome and such I will drop a line from which she will know that I'm seeing someone. I than ask her if she did not see my open raltionship status in my profile. This is a tricky part but if you have "groomed" her enough I find out taiwanese women are very open to dating married men. Of course you will have to tell your story again. Some tips: you don't have any kids (I don't have any so its the truth for me but I think women might not want to meet you if you do have them so lie if you have any) and you have never met another taiwanese girl before, somehow it makes them think they are special. Don't tell them you are an english teacher, apparently there are many foreigners working as english teachers in taiwan and they have a reputation of being womanisers. I don't know why they think badly of them and then agree to go out and fuck a married guy.
Makes sure you have an app installed called Line, they all have it in China and taiwan. I think it's better than whatsapp cause you can secure it with a pincode. So if your wife accidentally touches it she won't see anything. Badoo also has an app, but I think it works better on a pc. (you can install line on your pc aswell)
Now start chatting with as many girls you want to, but remember if you chat with too many you can get girls mixed up (it has happend to me a couple of times) so its better to stick with just a couple. I Always check if girls have checked my profile but did not leave a message, if she is cute I Always send her one thanking her for stopping by and how she is doing. Doesn't work all the time but often enough it does.
Do this like a month or two before you will go to Taipei and you will have enough girls lined up to meet you for a nice fuck. Of course don't be a ******* and take them out to dinner and a movie too if you can. Most will not respond well if you tell them you just want to fuck.
A warning though, it can be a lot of work keeping in touch with the girls, just to keep them interested, most of the time one msg a day will not suffice. You need to keep at it, for me it almost became a dayjob. I decided to just keep my two regulars and maybe some others from time to time so its more managable.

Can someone recommend the best "Lady KTV" or strip club in Taipei?

I have someone asking me to take them to the best x-rated KTV in Taipei. That or a strip club similar to the states.
I know the saunas and 141 type places but I've never known where the best KTV place is.
I've been to one but I was with someone that took us there. It was underground, I left drunk and really could say where it was.
The goal is girls and drinks and fun. Lap dances, fool around, etc. Not necessarily FS.
