There are soapy massages, but not nuru like what you'd expect in porn. That's in Bangkok.
I had got Nuru at Doki Doki (got stranded in front of it in an evening rain, so went in :) ) in BKK, pretty standard fare. Lot of options around for it, and all have the same procedure. Ping on WhatsApp, check the girls pics, walk in and choose only after seeing them in person and book is my suggestion.
Milking table have not done. Had to cancel booking due to travel plan changes, but had heard good things about Mai and Nong's where I had booked incall to hotel in Soi 7. Again, lot of providers I preferred this due to incall option.
Pattaya does not have the same level of service I feel for erotic massages. I would stick to BKK for these, but just regular massages (no extras) found Kumo in pattaya excellent. Pattaya is great for TF girls, Soi 6 and beer bars. All available in BKK but costlier.

2nd day in Pattaya. Woke up around 7/8 PM, got dressed, took an edible and headed toward Soi Buahkaw. The goal was to end up at iBar and return with a Freelancer. This would be my first night attempting to pull a freelancer, instead of my regular goto places, bargirls and gogos. Candyclub was literally down the street from my hotel and though I have walked past it hundreds of times, I never actually stopped in. Recently, I had heard that freelancers were popular there, so I figured maybe I would find a freelancer, grab some food and then head back to the hotel. Maybe my trip would be much shorter than expected if I pulled something in Candyland. Stopped by, walked in, and was escorted to an occupied table with two older women. After I apologized for invading their space, the woman to my right immediately started chatting me up, loudly over the sound of live music. I'm not the biggest fan of live music, however I probably would have been persuaded to stay if the company was worth my time. I finished my beer and rolled out.
30 minutes into my mission, I figured I should eat before the edible kicks in fully and I literally forget about food until it's 4 AM and I'm starving. I walked up the street and got some beef soup across from Witherspoons. That's an easy 50 baht that hits the spot, and it looks like Thais and farangs are fond of the place.
There is a set of covered bars right around the corner from treetown (not sure what it's called). I always have fun when I stroll up and down the aisles, playing pool at random places, etc. After a few beers and resisting the urge to take one or two of the friendly bar girls with me, I started toward Walking street to check out iBar and execute my mission. I was determined to experiment with pulling a freelancer and trying something different than my typical bar girl. This is when I met Bam. Ignoring the "Handsome man" and "I want some chocolate" cat calls had become par for the stroll, however, there are the aggressive ones that come to the middle of the street blocking your path, or hugging you, or grabbing your hand, etc. Bam did just this and didn't start the conversation with "whass you name" or "Where you from". Instead, she went right to "hey, you fuck me!" . Hahaha. We both started laughing. This kind of talk is usually a bit of a turn off for me, but it was different from the rest that night and the edible kinda made everything funny. Ok. She is funny. Time for a quick detour. Played a few games of pool and then rolled out, as it was getting late and she said she couldn't bar fine. Yes, she changed my mind and I almost fully relapsed into bargirl world instead of investigating the club freelancer scene. She gave me her number before I left (didn't ask for it) and said she would text me the next day. Didn't intend to hold my breath for this one. My focus was back on the mission. Walked to beach road and hopped on a baht bus (10 baht) down to walking street. Arrived at WS and was hit with all the energy that either draws in the newcomers or keeps the vets away. I'm neither, but definitely closer to newcomer than vet. Approached iBar and those bastards always take my tactical pen. Other clubs usually ignore it or overlook it, but ibar and insomnia staff always take it and I have to retrieve it on the way out. I always notice that the security guard gives me a face when I come to retrieve it, almost like he was hoping that whoever's pen it was would be too drunk / preoccupied to remember it. Nope, that's a force multiplier when you are in a place that doesn't allow the typical force multiplier.
Strolled into iBar and the scene was what you would expect. People playing pool, not much dancing, random girls walking around and staff looking to serve overpriced drinks. Ordered a beer and posted up at one of the tables by the water. It was kinda boring, if I'm being honest. It was about 1/130 AM. After about a half hour, more people started to come in. I started seeing more women occupy the space and thought to myself, "Ha. The freelancers are making their way in". Didn't see much that really grabbed my attention. Oh well. I'll finish my beer and head to treetown to see if I can grab something before the end of the night. A guy came in with two Thai girls and took the table next to me. Both girls were attractive. Lucky bastard. He set up a 3 way and probably decided to hit the club first. Rock on brother. No hate, just respecting the game. He was seated on a stool, just like me and one of the girls stayed between his legs. I figured, she was probably the primary. Very slick, but I liked it. She grabbed my ribs at one point and signaled that she liked the feel. We laughed and I thought nothing of it. She was back to dancing and I was counting down until my beer was done. Then, the chatting started. She kept making small talk and small talk became more sustained talk that turned into light dancing. She said they were going to Myst and asked if I wanted to come. Sure. Let's do it.
Wait a minute. I'm feeling kind of like a 4th wheel (is that a thing?) because I'm having to presume the state of things when what I really need to do is talk to the dude. He seemed stand offish and I figured it was because I was crashing his party. The plan was to check out myst and then roll out and leave the other monger to his threesome. Not going to crash another guy's party. WHen we get to Myst, I pulled him to the side and we had a really quick intro. Just names really. Not much said. The girls got us a table in the back and we decided to order a bottle. Over the loud music, we signaled to each other to split the bill in half. As fair as it gets. The girls disappeared for a minute and finally I had the opportunity to chat with the guy and figure out how to play the situation. Would I post up or try to find my own girl in Myst, which was absolutely packed! Found out he was Italian and when I offered apologies for crashing his party, he responded that my timing and placement could not have been more perfect. I stood against the wall and she danced against me all night. The club was packed, loud, and more people were coming in. With the bottle almost gone and 1500 Baht for LT agreed, we decided to hit the road. It was now after 6 AM and what a surprise you get when you leave the club. Inside, it's still nighttime and the party is ongoing. Outside, the sun is shining bright, a new day has started and you do what is similar to a walk of shame down walking street being harassed every 5 feet by taxis.
I learned from this night to leave while it still dark. There is a 180 degree difference from the nightlife vibe and the early morning vibe. My vibe stays alive and well when I'm leaving WS while the party is still alive and the cloak of night still blankets the sky.
Took her home, banged it out and sent her on her way. Mission Accomplished! Yeah, I know it was LT, but I didn't want to share my bed and deal with her in the morning. Way easier to send her on her way after busting one. Left out plenty of details for brevity.
Wondering if anyone can say which is the best hotel or resort for great meals?
The $100 usd -$300 usd per night, range would be ideal.

My favorite food places are Hungry Hippo and Cheap Charlie's on Soi Buakhow, and Das Berliner on Soi 13 for great German Food and Hideaway on the corner of Soi Boomerang and Soi 15 (about the best hamburgers in Thailand.
On the pervert side, the prettiest woman I've met in eight years works as a freelancer at Gold Moon Bar in Tree Town (off Soi Buakhow). She's fun and funny and is very fond of what you are very fond of. She goes to work about 9 most nights. Ask for Ae. Pronounces "A." You will not be sorry.

But if you insist on overpriced food and rooms, then the Hilton is the place for you. Juice that you can get outside for $1, will cost you $10 there.

You certainly have to be focused to keep to your original mission, especially in Pattaya.
I've often had a FL, certain go go / Gents club, TF meet up mission and within 30 minutes of getting out / few beers it's all changed, they're often the best nights / days. Just go with the flow but on occasion you do end up in some bizarre / dodgy situations.

Freelancers in Pattaya (and Bangkok / Pratumnak / Jomtien / Phuket / Koh Samui and most likely most places) charge (a) what they believe they can get out of a punter and (b) what they want. Factors which influence prices (and this is by no means an exhaustive list) are 1. Does the guy look like he has money or not 2. Does he look clean 3. Is he on drugs or pissed 4. Does he look desperate 5. What time of night (or day) is it? 6. What is this location? 7. What are my chances of hooking another / better option in the next 30 minutes / hour? 8. What is my week looking like (busy / rich dead / poor).
There are no "averages". On beach road in September I walked up to a very pretty girl at the end of the night (I NEVER choose street freelancers late anywhere as the odds of being robbed are sadly high). I had already had my fun for the night but wondered if LT was cheap enough as the girl was unusually pretty with a great body and I thought starting the morning with her might be great fun. I was far from drunk. I had had only 2 beers and one vodka coke all night (since 7 pm). She quoted 2000 THB LT. I frowned and she immediately dropped to 1500. Two guys (differently culture / nationalities from me) were stood close listening and one of them, clearly unhappy, and one blurted out "hey you told me and my friend 3000 each". She responded "yes because you both smell very bad". I decided against and went to bed.
But there you have it. So so many factors determine freelancer prices.
So to finalise this. After a heavy night in Buakhao recently I was offered ST for only 700 THB outside Subway but an unattractive girl. I declined. Next night I made a rare visit to WS and Pin Up. Outside there was one of there was an incredible dek rub kaek (promoter). Genuinely 10/10 face and body. I asked her outright "price for ST or LT please and let's go for some champagne and food first". Sure I wanted her to know I wasn't a cheap charlie and trust me I wanted her to accept. Best looking girl I've seen in now nearly 9 years in Pattaya / Bangkok. She initially told me she did not go with customers - "paid to bring men into my bar". I said I would wait an hour or so if necessary and pay well.
She went inside, came back and said 4000 THB bar fine and 12000 for me please. Again, I politely declined (albeit after trying hard but failing to get her to negotiate down). I have since wondered if she might just be worth one time paying European prices (total 16 k THB is about 400 euros - for two hours is about standard now in Germany and Spain for girls in clubs). So in the space of 2 nights I went from 700 THB to 16000. You might understand then when I say that answering your questions about these pics is just impossible. Too many factors in play. Go have fun and don't worry too much. Prices in SEA are incredible compared to rest of the World.
