As mentioned in this site before, Chandni Bar has a unique concept of displaying the girls in bright lights with the customer seated in the dark. He quoted Rs 280 for beer, Rs 80 for papad (which I had ordered), and Rs 1000 for girl + room + condom. So total Rs 1360. I gave him Rs 1500, and he made a face which showed his reluctance to part with the change of Rs 140. I also thought, what the heck, let the dude enjoy. Then came to condi with the condom.
