If you are looking for a good sauna / spa, the absolute best, hands off, is Smik Spa in San Isidro. Other excellent options, not quite in the same level of excellence but not in the same level of prices either, are Sauna Palace in San Borja (my personal favorite) and K9 Banos Turcos & Spa in Miraflores. There are masseuses there but no happy ending. There use to be full service at Smik but not anymore.

If a massage with happy ending is what you want, or even full service (f*ck the massage) without forgoing the amenities of a regular sauna / spa, the best options would be Banos Turcos Cavin Spa in Santa Catalina, Venice's Sauna & Banos Turcos in San Borja or Banos Turcos Lions Spa in Lince. The sauna / spa faccilities are not in the same level of the ones mentioned above but are good enough, and there you can find girls offering massages with happy ending and / or full service. There is plenty of other options in town but, IMHO, those are the best.

All the places mentioned are well known and you can be easily found them in Google. Any cab driver in Miraflores will know them and be able to take you there.

Then there are the usual massage-with-happy-ending places, some still offering full service, most not anymore, but that would mean no sauna, no bar, no restaurant, no resting lounge, etc. And there is, off course, Emporio Spa in Miraflores, some say it has the best girls in Lima, I disagree; sure it has the most expensive girls in town (now that Smik no longer offers that service) but the sauna facilities are there only to give the appearance of a sauna / spa and probably among the worst kept in town, and the girls are just WG, straight to business and no massage at all. If you are into expensive wh*res, this is your place.

Perhaps I'm going too early at around 12a, but it's been Dead in the area. No one milling about on the outside. I found Tequilla Rock, and it was Dead a couple of nights ago around 12a as well. Why did you go to that place? Anyone could have told you that it was a waste of time and money.

You could have gone to Cavin or Lion's as I advised, 30-35 soles for the entrance, full sauna spa services (steam room, dry room, hot tube, swimming pool, rest lounge etc.) for unlimited time for that price, restaurant, bar, pedicure, manicure etc. At reasonable prices, and lots of better looking girls to choose from who would have given you a massage and full sex for 250 soles average.
