mik_outcast,
If you do visit some clubs in Itaewon look for the korean girls with anju (snacks) on their table. Those that have it are newbies, which the waitress will have figured out very quickly, and they'll be obliged the shell out quite a few won for some dried squid and a few peanuts. The regular korean girls know that the anju is optional in a round-eye place and don't buy it.
The pick up scene is quite different in korean-oriented places, where waiters play the role of "booking"-- hooking up girls and guys. The international 5-star hotels have bars with an active pick-up scene--there's always quite a few working girls, also--w/o the booking action. (Note: the girls that sit at the bar are most often working the place. They don't want to shell out the won for a table and the obligatory super-high-priced anju. They'll be happy to chat, dance and feign interest in you, and then they'll ask for $500+ to go back to your place.)
Those that you see at the tables are worth your effort, and most of the korean guys are also working them. These guys have forked out a lot of won for the table, anju and bottle of scotch, and to many girls this adds up to an attractive package. It's a very competive scene; the quality of the girls dictates so. And korean guys can be pretty "pursuasive" with all the pulling and tugging they'll do to get the girls to join them. Figure a few of the girls leave with dislocated shoulders.
Fortunately for round eyes there are a few girls looking to hook up with us. Also good are the hotel-located parties such as Oktoberfest. At 2002's Hilton Oktoberfest there were quite a few girls on the prowl.
If the locale is known to koreans as a place where round eyes frequent, but don't dominate, my general rules are:
1) look for girls sitting in 2s or 3s. Typically they came together to look for round eyes. They tend to be more open to conversation.
2) if she's sitting by herself she's either mad or a working girl. Give no true personal details. If she's working it's up to you. If she's mad take her to a yogwan.
3) large groups can be more difficult to work since it's unlikely they came together with the desire to find round eyes. Do what you can get the girl to move away from the group, and if she doesn't want to, then move on.

Nico,
Helping out Prime Time Live? Great! Let's see...an American network on the Hill filming...ah...an informative news story about the happiness of foreigners eating kimchi and listening to pansori in the four seasons of korea. Unlikely. Given that Time magazine ran the-Americans-are-exploiting-the-poor-Russian-and-Filipina-waifs story are few months ago, it seems that a sensationalistic follow up is in line. Wonderful. Can't wait for it to air, then the koreans go ape shit about misbehaving Americans, and then...why are the bars closed? Ever hear this maxim: Don't shit on your door step. I have friends here who are journalists w/ the major international press who wouldn't even think about passing info on to outsiders. Given the ever decreasing number of places for girls, beer and action, I don't think your "helpfulness" was too wise--I'm putting this far too kindly. ABC is here for a few days, and then back to the land of the enormous assed women. And you? Hope you enjoy the repercussions of your folly. Have fun with your XBox. My only hope is that ABC filmed you walking out of a forbidden establishment, and someone on your post passes the info on to CID and/or your CO. And please, let's not see the likes of you in the Philippines and Thailand.

hutsori, I think you might have misunderstood or perhaps I didn't explain myself clearly enough. I was telling them about the training that they observed, while at my base. They were doing a story on a day in the life of a soldier. I just gave them some information that I felt they needed to know. I have sense enough to realize that being filmed in that area isn't a good idea. Not because Im scared of CID but I have other concerns.
Also all we talked about was military related. About Iraq, N. Korea just general topics.

Hutsori,
thanks for the tips, i had forgotten about the snacks on the tables, good intel, I was down in Itaewon last night with a couple of friends we were at King club and Pollys kettle, there were some girls there, i talked to 2 girls who were chinese tourists, we sat down and had some drinks, but they left about midnight so the rest of the night I was trying to hook up, we went to the hollywood bar and grill but they dont let military people in and one of the guys we were with clearly looked like Military, so we ended up back at the king until 130 am it got pretty dead so we went to Yongsan station to the red-light district, we got one girl that opened the door (side street) she was about 25-30 (about a 7 on a 10 scale) and she wanted both of us at the same time so we paid her 60000 won each and she sucked us and fucked us for about 30 minutes, she kept going until we both came, she would suck and get fucked doggy at the same time, after we finished she had a little refrigerator and she gave us a drink, that was funny, total for the night for suck and fuck, $50-- my friend looked american i am spanish but could pass for half korean-----a lot of girls were calling us over.
I'm gonna try and hunt for some more girls later on
BYe all
Mik

If you want to find "normal" Korean girls, get out of Itaewon, as I said before, it is the only place you will catch STW in Korea.
One of the best places to find girls looking to score is a club call BOSS 677 in Kangnam (just east of Yeoksam Road). It is attached to Hotel I cannot remember name.
For Koreans, they only let in people under 30, foreigners are cut more slack, dress well and you will have better chance in, even try to grease the doormen 10,000 Won a piece. They have both private rooms and open table. It is expensive but the girls there are customers, not workers.
The game is you tip the male waiter to bring a girl to your table or room for a drink. The rest depends on you. Only 20% of the babes will speak English. If you are older, it may be difficult. [/i][/QUOTE]

Love Taipei,
If you have never tried the Dynasty, you MUST get yourself over there, if only to compare your experience to mine.
On Ahn Mas, I understand that the blind girl is not your service girl. However, it simply makes me a bit queasy to have her around and definitely doesn't get me fired up for what comes next.
Having said that, my experience with Ahn Ma is limited and I had a question for you. Do all Ahn Ma's that you go to give FS? I've been to some that didn't offer it at all, and actually didn't do anything other than the blind girl massage. I have walked out thinking "what a complete waste of time". What are the signs for a good Ahn Ma?
And again, go to the Dynasty, you won't be disappointed (or at least I hope not and I have never been)

Hi forum, Australian Guy, visiting Seoul Korea for a few nights 8-9 Feb... not into paying huge $, any tips on where i find cute local girls (day and night)... thanks very much... rabbit906@hotmail.com

your best bet is the rld if you are not really into paying a huge load of dollars. your second choice should be baber shops. I don't think you will find any cute girls in Korea if you are not really into spending shit load of money. I say the price in Korea should be very similar to prices in Australia if you are lookin into sex. I sort of know a little bit about whoring in Australia too and I say it's actually little better there than Korea, but do try out the rlds mate.
-
thanks for info, i'll check out barber shops as you suggest (which is the best in your view), also what is rld?
i'll post a report of my exploits when i get back. But u are probably correct, S Korea sounds about the same $ as Australia, not that that is a problem,
thanks a lot.

Ahh, the Korean barbershops. What a great invention. I've only been there a few times, but I wish we could import something like that to the US.
Cold towel wipe on your face and feet when it's hot out, warm towel when it's cold. Massage and shave in the barber chair, HJ & cleanup and then a 30 minute nap. What a great way to spend your lunch hour.

OK, I'm going to be in Seoul from 9th to 21 Feb and I've got some questions that have probably been asked a thousand times already but here we go again!
The Hill - where precisely is this and do I want to go there?
Barbershops, massage parlours or Karaoke bars?
Chances of getting a girl to my hotel via the concierge? I'm staying at the Mayfield out near Gimpo Airport?
Chances of getting one of the waitresses at the hotel (OK this one is just wishful thinking!)
I've experienced the scene in Taipei, Orchard Towers etc in Singapore, the sweet girls in Macau and all the wonderful bars etc in Manila but this is my first extended trip to Seoul.
Thanks for your help guys.

what up man. RLD is an abbreviation for red light districts. The most notorious one is Seoul is a district called 588. In Korean it is pronounced oh pal pal (numberical phonation for 5-8-8) The name is derived from the bus that runs along chungryangri in Seoul. Korea has a numerical division of buses based on its routes. You can say oh pal pal to any cab driver and he'll understand you. I don't know how white people are treated these days with all the vent up anti-american sentiments, but from what I understand, this should not be a problem. A even more white-friendly (I'm assuming you are white) place is a RLD called texas miari. Barber shops are a littel cheap with nastier women, but if you are pressed for time and money, I guess is worth a try. But be careful though, I heard of a Korean friend who visited a barber shop and was forced to wear a blind-fold. While he was getting a hj, he peaked to see who is performing. He was shocked to find the barber reading a newspaper with one hand while the other one was busily jacking his tool. Oh yeah. the price in RLD is very similar to Amsterdam, the style the facility is all the same.

dieter,
You could be at the place nearly the same one at LA.

yaoming,
hahaha... the story you've heard about the barbershop is just a 'story'. Not a real one. So don't worry about it.
And it's not important though...
The number 588 is not from bus routing, but from the address. We surely have the bus numbered 588 but it goes another places.

reminds me of the time i was at the barbershop and peeked from under the towel to watch the women giving me a hj, or so i thought. turned out to be the barber stroking away. he said, “sorry, all the women are busy.”
the thread about cuming in korean women’s mouths is interesting. i think it is just a matter of taste, but i think korean women like giving bjs. there once was a chinese-korean at yongsan who could suck chrome off a bumper, and loved to swallow every drop. sure miss her. had a korean girlfriend who thought that by swallowing you could learn to speak english better. had a few women take it in the mouth, but spit it out. all in all, i’ve only been told by one woman she wouldn’t do a bj. my present girlfriend will only suck when she is not in the mood for sex, but only for a few minutes. she detests the smell of semen. that’s better than the korean woman i met in hawaii. after a few dates, she asked if i wanted a bj, but spit the semen in my mouth after i came in hers.
