Unless you just like to drink of go there to watch the locals or to see the shows, there is no reason to go to any of the clubs (discos) to find providers. Also skip the expensive Western style hotels. Stay in a Russian hotel like Octoberski (On Ligofski (?) Prospect). Check out a Lonely planet guide book for a list of Russian hotels. You will save a bundle. There is either a small bar or small resturant on each floor. Providers congregate in one or two of these and await your selection. They accompany you to your room. This system eliminates any need for transport or doorman issues. There is at least a 50% turnover each day so you see a lot of new faces. I never paid more than $50 and got a full hour of service. Most begin and end with a shower. You are welcome to participate in this clensing ritual.

actually, i did not know it was photomodeli. stupid me, my first night in spb i was walking past goldengirls and doorman told me i could take a look for free. of course, i wasn't going to stay, so i looked around and walked outside. there was an azerbaijaini hanging outside with car who asked what i wanted. i said "woman of course". he said he knew great place and would negotiate for girl to come back to my apartment. i knew i would have to give him a commission but what the hell, i have to learn the ropes and he might know a great unlisted house. so i get in his car and off we go, he's on the phone, speed dialing houses, saying "i have a very picky american, do you have any beauties". interestingly, one house actually told him, "no beauties tonight". so we arrived at nevsky 63 and the madam meets us outside. we go up to apartment. line up forms of about 8 girls. shusha was the best for my eye. she was about 5 pounds more than she shows in the pix. she accompanied me back to hotel for a wonderful two hour session. she pulled out copy of photomodeli magazine and showed me her pic.

Adding to friendly hotel list. I stayed at the Renaissance, near Isaac's place, and brought back a woman from Tribunal one night. I did not see any door security as we entered at about 2 am so I am not sure if they are friendly or I just got lucky.

What is the deal with Tribunal dancers? Has anyone ever succeeded in seeing one outside of the club? I know they are off limits to customers while in the club.

I was smitten with one of them in particular and was able to tell her so in the back area of the club outside the scrutiny of the management. She would not give me her number but asked for mine. She did not call but she might have been confused by the country code since I did not have a local number. I am thinking of going back and will try to pursuade her to follow up, but I am wondering if this is just pie in the sky.

I have been to Saint Petersburg. About our broken english : we are not native english speakers, we don't practise every day, and it's not with russian people that we could improve it!

We have visited all of photomodeli's salons. There are 8 salons in the center or near the center, maximum 10 mn away from a metro station : large apartments with 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms, modern or soviet style but always clean. They are opened 24/7 permanently with 4 to 10 girls and ruled by a madam. The madam and girls change every day, they work inside about 1 day out of 3. There are more than 100 girls in the catalogue : online on [url]http://www.photomodeli.ru[/url] and printed edition every month. All the girls are not in the catalogue, I guess more than half of them (not the most beautiful ones), so there are more than 200 girls working there, maybe 250.

Photomodeli is the most reliable way to spend good time with charming girls in St Petersburg.

=> Most of their photos are real, although slightly or heavily enhanced with Photoshop. Sometimes your dream girl on catalogue is less than average, but it's definitely more accurate than individual ads or escort agencies. And if you don't like her, you can choose the girl next to her.

=> They range from 4 to 8 in looks, not many 8s, don't expect to find real stunners all the time (they would probably earn more money in other places) but you can find really good looking ones.

=> Prices are reasonnable : 1 hour = 1500 to 2500 rbl (43 to 72 euros), 2 hours = 2000 to 3500 rbl (57 to 100 euros). If 1 hour is 1500 or 1800 rbl, more than 3 hours is 1000 rbl per hour, ie 4 hours = 4000 rbl, 8 hours = 8000 rbl (I don't know the corresponding price for the top salons).

=> They are honest : the price is the same for russians or tourists and is clearly mentionned on the website. Price depends of the quality of the salon, not on the girl : no bargain with the girl, you simply choose the one you like the most. Several times I have leaved my money while in the bathroom, nothing was stolen (but don't carry too much cash, simple precaution)

=> Most of the girls have good attitude with their clients and are willing to make you spend a good time. I have been with 8 of them : 2 were disappointing (mechanical but not unpleasant), 4 were good performance, and 2 really good sex. Everything is covered (I prefer that), no DFK (I also didn't ask for it), and no anal.

=> You can do it inside the salon or in your place. The price is the same, the taxi is included or not expensive.

Only drawback is that they speak poor english or no english at all. The madam often speaks only russian, sometimes she asks one of her girls to translate. There is only a few girls who can speak intermediate english, so you have to learn some russian words. Most important ones are "Zdrastvuite. Ya na ulitse ou salona. Pajalousta vstretite minia" : "Hello. I'm in the street in front of the salon, please meet me".

Here is the standard procedure :

1. Good thing to do is to call them before to see who is working today. There are more girls and more customers in the evening but still a good choice in the afternoon.

2. You come in front of the building and call the salon (there is always a phone cabin next to it). These are discreet places, you don't know the apartment number. Outside there is no indication about what's inside and there is a security entrance code.

3. The madam meets you in the street and leads you inside. You leave your shoes, go to the living-room. You can take a printed catalogue which is not available in kiosk. You can also order drinks (prices similar to cafe, not high rates like in night clubs)

4. A few minutes later, 4 to 10 girls enter dressed in sexy underwear. It's rather embarrassing for them to be displayed like fresh meat, so don't hesitate too much.

5. You choose you girl, pay the madam, get a clean towel, take a shower in the bathroom (no shower cabin in the rooms, it's not an hotel, the girl also takes often a shower but not with you), and go to a room. The sheets are changed with every customer.

6. You do what you have to do with the girl. 5 minutes before the end, the madam knocks at you door. Hour is exactely 60 minutes.

7. You and the girl get dressed, she leads you back to the door with a big smile and a kiss on your cheek

As mentioned before, you can also take her to your place. Time begins when the girl enters in your place and ends when she leaves. It's convenient for everybody because in the evening most of their rooms are engaged. The driver comes shortly into you apartment to make sure there is nobody else and that you have a bathroom and double bed. He comes back at the end of the meeting and takes the girl back to the salon. Since they don't speak good english and some photos can be misleading, it's better to go first to the salon, choose the girl and bring her back instead of calling them and wait in your apartment.

Next time I will write about each salon I have visited and the 8 girls with whom I have spend a few nice hours. To be continued...

nice report. What is the expectation regarding multiple shots? Does it vary girl to girl? I often find myself in the unfortunate position of being ready to come at about the half hour mark and then having to decide "no, hold off because they will finish session". But if I hold off, I am often unable to shoot later on and then the girl is sad because she thinks she disappointed me. If i knew 60 minutes was 60 minutes regardless of shots, then I could better enjoy myself.

Is anyone familiar with the Hotel Pribaltiyskaya or Hotel Sovetskaya? Are these "girl friendly" and near the action on Nevsky Pr? How do they compare to the Radisson?

My experience with multiple shots in St Petes salons is that the girls encourage them. They know that if you are well drained and happy the may receive a much better tip.
