I am not a karaoke expert (only been there 2-3 times in JKT), but it seems to me like ONLY IF the chemistry is right between the client and the girl (in my case the cheimstry was great but I would assume this was a pure coincidence and it does not happen so often), then the type of circumstances you experienced and I experienced can happen. But it's probably not so often, is it ? (unless of course you do a costly transaction with the Karaoke place at Rp 1 M plus or so. Am I missing something ?

E[/QUOTE]You should be worry about any kind of raids in Indonesia, most of the time its about money, cops will be looking for your mistake and they WILL get one (it will be involve alot of money if you take or bring any drugs). My advice is (if do you have some "mistake"), offer some money to the local (50K to 100K will do), prefereably guys cause girls could make you into more sh*t, ask him to be your friend (i mean literally looks friendly to him) and lead you out of the situation.

Day 2 of my short trip to Jakarta and I was treated by colleagues to a visit to the Delta Spa in Kelapa Gading. Time was late afternoon/early evening.
