No idea what is the break even point of Globe in terms of daily customer, but no club can survive only with loyal customers who go there after reserving the girl.

I inquired why he didn't expand into the USA, in Las Vegas?
He was startled by my directness and exhibited a flash of insecurity; he snapped "he didn't want to go to prison."
I informed him, brothels are legal outside city limits; I laughed it off.
He glared at me later in dinning room and definitely noticed my presence.
If you deal with CEOs, Wall St, Private Equity, VC, Billionaires; you challenge them daily and they love it.

Given I guess it will be another 6-9 months at best before a trip is possible for me, I have plenty of time to consider my options, of which Globe is but one.

He just can't admit that he can't find more, better WGs. He used to brag how many girls are on the waiting list to be allowed for the test days in Globe. His selection criteria were much more strict than now.
He regularly bangs the WGs, he must get bored too if he doesn't have more choice, especially since more girls refuse to go with him now.

On my 2021 visits, on Friday or Saturday and not crowded, many girls were free and even Sofia at the bar at night on 3 July, but to find a desirable girl, meaning natural beauty with pretty face and a bit of elegance and charm, who at Globe? I stayed both visits for more than 8 hours and could find only the same on both visits. On Friday 6 August, she did welcome me when I just arrived and confirmation after our too fast discovery was a real pleasure, but after, I would have been happy to find another fresh natural beauty like her, but woman type, when Lorette, Axelle Megan introduced me and I think to remember Candy are too teens look for me, when I prefer more woman look which give more charm for me. You may be better than me, when I couldn't, turning around for 7 hours, but I needed a long time to understand a game in Spartacus, I may not be clever enough, when I never thought such lack of respect or self esteem could be, even for big Globe money. One Romanian brunette sitting under stairs could have been appealing, but she preferred to play with Romanian gang and these 3 girls made no room on a Friday on beginning of month evening and night, when I was used to lovely Romanians at Globe on 2016 to 2018, and Megan of course, despite I never found again at Globe same magic and freshness than in Germany where she was higher level for less expensive for me, but when she is not angry, she remains a nice girl for me. I was much more impressed by other clubs casting on this year, like Wellcum. At with natural beauties and about 10 attractive looks for my eyes when so rare at Globe now. Globe is very lucky no more competition in ZH, but Sexpark Aarau, Cloe and Zeus can compete for less expensive and are not so far.

And when you have a normal size and don t finish in less than 5 minutes, then some natural beauties can t more. I had to give up fucking on 2 of my 3 rooms. Girls there are used to Italian rabbits. At least, I had twice high level with new fresh Swiss, even all Globe girls are not high level in bed and didn't need to repeat with German Lana for example, just on German rate level where she comes from, even cute and she was friendly when she just arrived. When Globe may still be the highest level for average level of looks, but this level of average looks is not enough for me, can also find pretty girls at Cleo, Zeus and sometimes Sexpark Aarau and then just have to make them reach own expectations level. Small Switzerland is not only Globe even no competition in ZH. I would advice more GT Vienna than Wellcum for quality in Austria and Vienna is a so beautiful town.

Unfortunately, until we have the mathematical certainty that it is the club that keeps the tagesplan short by its precise will, and not that it is the suppliers who procure fewer girls, threatening mutiny if the TP is raised, or that there is still a lower offer of talents Globe minded on the market, these are sterile discussions. I've heard a thousand rumors about it so. What is the real truth? I guess nobody knows here and the club will not say it nor the girls or the staff.
I agree in days like TH FR SA small TP is indeed a factor and a problem, as are the loooong bookings done now. Unfortunately it is what it is so I agree, you don't like this don't go to the club, easy bro. We can complain but if they don't do anything factual, we can only avoid going to the club. They will act if they see fewer clients? Hope so!
About the club less crowded recently, pretty sure due to holidays, people having spent money on holidays and wages arriving next week or so. By the way last Saturday in the evening around 10 pm 30+ men in the main area and 3/4 girls around, so not very empty uh?

Unfortunately Globe still has no competitor in Switzerland with similar level of looks and service. Sure you can find the outlier but I am talking average here. If there would be all those beauties giving super service just waiting in the wings you would assume they eventually end up somewhere if Globe just snubs them.
I did not try Cleo yet but went to Zeus and Olymp and was both times disappointed. The visits were ok but definitely levels (s) below Globe.
I agree with Ingo that making sure girls make very good money is a good strategy. It allows him to tightly control the service, behavior, dress code, cell phone usage etc. That works to our advantage. They are on a tight leash.
Girls mainly accept it because of the money they can make in Globe.
One other problem is peak demand and while Ingo could use 70 girls on a Saturday night most of them might not make money on emptier weekdays. So do they then only work 3 days per week to level it out or the club has too many girls on slower days that do not make enough money. Same as in any production or warehouse. Amazon hires seasonal temps but not so easy to find girls for busy nights only if most of them are from Rumania. I think and maybe I give Ingo too much credit he has all the numbers and knows how to optimize his profits.
Long bookings and girls being locked up by regulars not sure what to think about it except there are lots of people that have money to blow. I have seen girls being taken to 2 weeks vacation being paid for it and Globe getting it's cut. I have not seen those extremes at other clubs which probably means the high spenders go to Globe because of the girls there.
Ingo could let some of the long timer girls eventually go and try to replace them with new blood but maybe he has a soft heart.
I think it is the club keeping the plan short (also sending Globe girls on slower days to Palace but this is a separate topic trying to kill or take over Zeus) and there is a strategy with numbers backing it up behind it.

Saturday 3 July was not crowded and quite empty after midnight. I don't see high level for club, foods and most of girls when I arrive at Globe, compare to Palace Frankfurt where can sometimes find a wow beauty.
