Guess it's time for me to contribute with a report of some of my experiences in Prague. The nightclubs are sorted in alphabetical order as I think all clubs can be a bit of hit-or-miss depending on who you meet, and it's also about how much money you want to use (even though one of my worst experience happened in the most expensive place Darling where I've also had my best experience.) They are usually open for some drinks after the action, and you will probable have a great time if you find the right chemistry with the girl. Price for lady drink is 250cz, but shots and other drinks are the same price as for you. If the place get's busy the girl might want to try other clients though unless you take her upstairs again.

I haven't tried the transport as it is close to the Flora metro station, but check out the webpage for more on this.
