ISG True Manila Stories....Part Three
Unsatisfactory
I wasn't contented and knew she hadn't been fucked properly the (cervix must be touched) but I was like fuck it catch her on the rebound. I had a flight to catch to one of the most dangerous cities in the world where I work. No not Manila as some mongers think...LOL
I had a virtual round table with monger extraordinaire Chocha Monger he reminded me of “Nightrider1” case he told me the dangers of leaving a Filipina half fucked. He warned if I didn’t touch the cervix somebody else was going to do it LOL. He reminded me that some ISG members would have went for all her holes without second a thought.
Planning The Score
After short deliberation I told myself better get this done. I canceled flights and broke off other engagments to finish the "job" LOL. Called her up and explained the plan ....she protested due to time and other engagements, my load ran out. I sent the live in to the store to get me more load LOL. I know bad dude this Warbucks is. All the while she thinks I am pissed because I am not responding to her texts so she saying shit like we can do whatever... and apologizing….LOL
That night had to deal with taxis as the ride was down for the count. We got a nice hotel close to her office. While checking in some Filipino guys come in. They look at her and look and me and words are exchanged between them in Tagalog. When we get to the room I ask what was said she says they said “She is with a Black guy.”
The Bottom Of The Pussy
Before we fucked I put about month worth (of her salary) in her purse. She asked “Are you paying me?” Naw Warbucks just knew he was about take something that is priceless.
It was a passionate night filled with debauchery, food and Coronas as the cervix was touched multiple times. Seeing her laid out spread eagle across the bed properly fucked, motionless and silent was priceless.
“Fucked her real tough now she can’t get enough.”
Quote -Rapper Too Short
Dropped her off at the office (via taxi) then returned home to the domestic bliss that is my subdivision.
I will like to thank Nightrider1 I learned from your mistake.
owning a house and not the land
WB, maybe you can help me here...I want to buy a house but I am not married. How did you do it. If needed pm me, but I am serious I want to buy a house, not a condo.
Thanks,
Robb
Buying a house is easy, buying the land the house is on is not possible!
Setting up a corporation where you have 5 stockholder and you own a maximum of 40% stock is an answer. The corporation owns the land and the house you can buy whilst at the same time lease the land from the corporation at a peppercorn rent, or just lease both land and house for 25 years renewed again for another 25 years.
Many embassies have a list of accredited Attorneys. Try one of those to set up the corporation and they will also do the conveyancing and set up the renewable lease. When purchasing a foreclosed property from a bank never ever pay more than 65% of the asking price and start at 45%
All the above is what I did over 5 years ago and until now am not married.
Hope it helps
Coruption And Investments
Well said, GE. Sound words of advice.
Just to add another perspective, I have worked on the land title reform project, and once you know how the land title system here in Phiols works, you would never buy property here either.
Having lived here for six years or so, and visited for about 20 years prior to that, I know that what Spooks said is possible, and I know several guys who have done this, or some variation of it. The question for me is why? I simply cannot fathom why anyone would invest anything in this place when the fact is, no matter how clever the lawyer or "iron clad" the contracts, everything you have can be taken away quickly by corrupt politicians and/or their relatives. Any investments made by foreigners here are as safe as the strength of their "connections," and those that are strong today may be weaker tomorrow given the ebb and flow of political fortune.
I know I've said this before, but it bears repeating that foreigners (and indeed most Filipinos) have no real legally-protected rights. No matter how clever you think you are, or how strong you think your protection is, it can all disappear overnight. In a country where everything and everyone--including the Supreme Court--is for sale, and where murder is considered a viable political option, this is not a place where any investment will ever be secure.
