I am new to ISG, this is only my second post. My first post was in the Medellin, Colombia board last night. I just returned from my first trip there a few weeks ago and had a blast. The ladies were beautiful, but I miss my bonita Garotas

I was introduced to Rio in 2008 by some friends who know their way around like crazy (one lives there), and we hit all the Termas, some clubs, and the infamous 'Help' of course. Since then I've returned to Rio four times. I was at 'Help' on its last night (Jan 5th) this year, and subsequently witnessed it's complete destruction as I stayed thru Carnaval

So, can anyone tell me if the ladies are still hanging at Dolce Vita's and Balcony Bar like Chicken's w/out heads? I have a feeling w/the upcoming Worldcup and Olympics that Atlantica Ave. Will never be the same again, but I'm hoping someone will have the balls to open a new "Super Club" close by very soon!

The man (PP) goes out of his way to be unselfish and share his experiences. Is this how we thank the man for the information he provided to the membership? Are you kidding me? Puta Player, go out there and do your thing, man. Many of us actually enjoyed your totally unbiased, extremely accurate account of your adventures. Trust me, more of us actually enjoy first hand information of the scenes in our favorite playground than those who stand on the sidelines and criticize how other people have fun. Just ignore the negativity, enjoy yourself and keep writing those vivid reports. I will be there next month and your information was priceless in setting my own agenda. Your goal of 21 women in 7 days was great. I have been with other members in this forum who have done more. The reason they don’t post, well, read the feedback you got! Many are grateful for this info, if only to reevaluate the risks. However it would appear he enjoys the posting more than the experience. Sorry but you've got it on backwards: major corporations and the federal government typically don't default on salary unless it's a five-alarm emergency. The small-scale private sector does this all the time, however.

I've worked for six employers in Brazil so far: two government and 4 private. The government never faulted on a check, nor did the one big international corporation. The three other private firms. Well, let's put it this way, the last one I worked for was three months in arears when I quit. Only multinationals or the feds for me from now on.

Occasionally, the state organizations will fluff a payment and the city is notorious for this. But I've got friends who've worked for the federal government for 35 years and have never had a late check.

Also, I've never seen a small local business pay weekly providing it has legal employees on the books. Off the book employees? Yeah, they might get weekly or bi-weekly. For the rest of us sods, it's monthly. Seriously. Ask around more.

Why do you think we calculate wages in monthly instead of annually or weekly terms here?

I think, like pussy licking or kissing, chicks like ass licking if they are into the guy, but if they are just acting anyway, they just want the guy to get it over and asslicking is just an uncessary delay of the guy cumming and them getting back to shoe shopping. I received a good question in PM and want to bring it here. How much is the typical cost of mongering in Rio, how much money to bring? The inquirer is getting conflicting stories on total cost at places and wanting 15 girls in a week. It can be confusing, with entrance fees varying by entrance time, drink costs varying, girl costs varying. So what's the index look like?

I think it's dependent on how you do it, of course. Let's go by style of fast foda since freerange cost varies so much. I'll estimate a little high to cover public transit costs and contingencies. Anyone agree or disagree?

Total: Br = 3495
I agree, man. Fun can be expensive. I have a lot of wiggle room built in since I like going to the cheap spots first before slurging on the large Terma (I only use one :D). I always use the metro and taxis when I really need to use one (Stuck on Villa Mimosa late at night, completely drained, not wanting to do the perp walk from Sao Cristovao metro, for example). I use the metro almost exclusively and walk around quite abit, about 7 to 10 miles per day, easy. I pick hotels that have breakfast included to save on meals (Yeah, I know, it is a pain in the ass to get up that early, but I am not there to sleep :D).

As far as the activities, I do love duplas and sometimes I will take a foursome (3 gals and me) on weekends because there is nothing better to do. From time to time, at 4 X 4, for example, after I do a gal early (You know about the Br 50 you save each time you take a girl before 5pm), but while there, later, as all the other girls get there, you just have to have another one? I know I'll do that at least twice every trip, maybe more. What can you do, man, it is the power of the bunda. You lose control and the girls that know me there, know this. Drinks and food I do like you do, except I like taking my favorite girl (s) out after a shift for a meal from time to time. I'll average somewhere between 15 to 25 gals on a trip because I like to double up so many times. However, only when with two or more gals at once, they want to see your leche at least twice so, I have to balance the frequency because I am not as young as I used to be. Getting old is a serious drag, man :D

With a little rounding that’s about $300 dollars a day. Not so bad, when Help was open this was my daily budget including food, drinks and girls. Now that Help is closed I have a new penchant which is swing clubs in Rio so my budget has increased to about $400 a day. This is an average because the clubs are not open everyday, so when the club is open I can go to a nice restaurant with my date, entrance to the swing club and expensive drinks and escort fee can cost $600 or more for the day. Then other days I may just spend $100 or $200 with low activity.

I have a trip coming up soon, going down on a TAM nonstop, leaves JFK 6:15 PM arrives Rio 5:30 AM. This gives my first day plenty of time to get things going, gonna have a good time.

I am feeling the pain myself but when the dollar was fetching 4 reais I was younger and getting action in the afternoon in Monte Carlo or Solarium and then doing double dips in Help at night. It was cheap and it fed my appetite. Now that I am older my appetite is less but the exchange rate is less, so it takes me less to be satisfied. That’s the silver lining.
