I'm just curious, if you don't mind my asking, ABG and others, how is that many of your posts are very spread out, with many lines breaks, (eg a line each for each of 20 girls)? It's all useful info, but the threads would be easier to scan through if they were more compact. Do you write them first on a Porto site then cut and paste (I know cut-and-pastes can mess up formatting)? Or is it for a personal reason, for instance printing them out and adding aditional notes when you re-visit?

For a 1st timer non Portuguese speaker (only English) in sao paulo, what would be the best option to find quality action in this huge city?
We are a bunch of 6 guys that will be busy in the day but post dinner we are looking to the make the most of our only night here.
We are living in the jardins area.

I just finished up a few days in Sao Paulo for the World Cup, and as my hotel was on Avenida Paulista, I stayed in the area. I was taken out by an American friend who lives there to a dance club / brothel on Augusta Street, but I can't recall the name. It was fairly high end, and a good 10 minute walk up on the right from Paulista. The place was packed I guess for World Cup. There were some real hotties in there, and the going rate was are $200 for the girl and another are $35 for the room for 40 minutes. You could pay more for longer (70 minutes).
I ended up with a girl I liked but she insisted on are $250, so I gave in. My buddy told me later it was because I was an obvious World Cup tourist and I can't speak Portuguese. He got an absolute knockout, young girl for are $200.
The deal is, the girls are everywhere in the club, and you need some minimal game to find the one you want. I did see guys getting shot down, again maybe because there were a lot of guys in there for World Cup. You take the girl upstairs and get a number like you're at the DMV or something, and sit and wait in the room with other guys and their girls until the red sign flashes your number. She then gets the key and her bag and off you go. It was reasonably clean with a shower in the room.
Anyway, I looked at my credit card receipts and they don't have the name and my memory isn't god enough to remember, and looking thru this forum I can't find anything. I also did some google searched with no luck. It doesn't seem new. When I return to Sp at the end of the month, I might stop by again if nothing else for the convenience. I know the places talked about on here are better, so I'll look into visiting those also.

Over the years, I have had some fun in Baneario (spelling is most likely wrong) and Night House.

I found the address and looked at Google Maps and it looked like a pretty long taxi ride and didn't look near a Metro stop. But when I get back I'll try to get there. Thanks for the tips!
