On rosszlanyok, if you look on the top left hand side for the search button, when you click on it there is a button for "girl couples". You need to deselect the other categories to show only sexpartners.

On beszamolok, if you look on the top left side for sexpartners and click on it, you will see another button for couples (paros).

My suggestion is to find some girls that you like based on their ads / reviews and visit them individually first. If you have a good time with them, then ask if they have a "friend" for a threesome for another visit.

Even though girls may advertise kissing in their ad, some only do it with guys they like or their idea of what they consider kissing will be different than yours.
