Hi everyone,

I am new to Korea, and have just found this board while searching for info on where to find SPs in Seoul. Forgive me if this topic has been discussed a million times, but having read the FAQs and the first few pages of posts, I have not found the info I seek.

I have so far only experienced the hill in Itaewon. Probably overpaid, but it was my first experience in Korea, and I had no information from fellow hobbyists. I was flagged down by one girl (lady) at the very top of the hill (after it turns right) and was told the price would be 150k. At the time I did not have that much cash on me. Besides, she was a little old for my tastes (looked to be pushing 40), and I wanted to go have a few drinks. A little later, after a couple drinks and stopping at the ATM, I was walking down the hill and was stopped by a tall thin girl in a short pink dress, working at Texas Club. She had a nice body and face was OK, so I went in. She told me the price was 200k, when I balked, she immediately offered a "discount" to 150k. I probably could have gotten her cheaper, but I didn't feel like haggling, and 150k was what the other girl had quoted, so I figured I was in the ballpark.

Anyway. About me. I am young (20s), white, and speak no Korean other than "hello", & "thank you". I have only attempted entry into one AnMa, which was near the subway stop in Sinsa, but I was stopped by a guy sitting outside on the sidewalk and told "Korean Only". I used to frequent the asian spas in the US where I would get a nice bath, followed by HJ or sometimes FS. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to find AnMas or other places that are foreigner (white boy) friendly. I can't even find information on how to find the redlight districts! There are double-barber poles everywhere, but I have read that those places are staffed by 40-50 something year old women. That's not really my style. I prefer younger, more attractive girls. Just tonite, I read about Dabangs or Daeddalbangs. Does anyone know the location of any of these type of places? I'm looking for the cute, sweet type, not the "enhanced" models.

I appreciate any info you can share. I have no male Korean friends to ask these questions.

Question for the board:

One of my gripes with korean anma compared to Thailand or China is that you don't really get to choose your girl. Yeah you can tell the momma what kind of girl you like, your "jajin yeoja", but if she's got a beat face or if they don't bring what you ask for it is kind of a pain to change, wastes time, and you can only do it 3 times before they kick you out of the place (with a refund at least). I don't like the 60k hand job places. Just fat chicks with big boobs. (fat by korean standards). The 120k places are sometimes fun if I'm not in the mood for a shower but the girls are usually 6's to 8's. The 70k glass houses are fun for shopping, but only give you 15 minutes or so.

I guess I'm just bored with the standard 180k massage. But as luck would have it, I drunkenly stumbled upon a place that charged 200k. They had much nicer furnishings than usual, and sat me down at a table with a tea and brought out a huge picture book for me to flip through. Now, most of the faces were hidden, but it was full of pictures of the actual available girls. And all of these girls were 9's or 10's. If the girl you want is already with a customer or if it's her day off, they can call up a girl that looks just like her, cause now they got the picture to compare it to.

All of the girls are high class, making about 10k USD per week. The place is located between samsung and seolleung stations, kind of northeast from the big POSCO center. Initials are H. S. And the sign is in english. There's a ton of other anma's in that same area too. Walk around the small roads and you'll find it eventually.

Maybe one of these days I'll write up a script for foreigners to use when going to anma if you guys are interested. But anyway.

So my question is: Are there other places like this? Are there other P2P options in korea where you get to actually look at the girls or real photos of the girls before making your choice? I know at most room salons you can pick from a lineup, but what about at officetels or any other options. I guess I'm just looking for new avenues in korea. Are there internet sites that show you actual pictures or webcams that you can take to a hotel? What else is out there?

Ventured again(130am Wedneday morning) to my favourite ground after the last disaster at the Yeoksam Anma.

this was in mid july. i seriously have had nightmares about this since then. in all my traveling in asia, i never had experienced anything like this. what the hell was this all about? was this a misunderstanding? i know taxi drivers in some places would bring you to "adult" areas but i never been in situation like this or heard anyone telling similar thing.

i was paranoid because it was looking like he was pimping an **** girl to a "rich westerner" who "like to have fun". could it have been a huge misunderstanding on my part? definitely! but i was not going to take any chances and from what i know and heard, the authorities in korea are not at all forgiving when it comes to sexual cases involving foreigners, especially when an **** person is involved.

I just wanted to throw this out there so people know before they go searching: ACE Anma is NOT foreigner friendly. It sounds like a great place, but I was turned away twice with the "Korean only" line when I was in Seoul. One of those times I was actually with Korean friends and all of us tried to argue my way in in Korean.
So, unless you can pass for Korean (like Fellow111), you shouldn't bother wasting the subway fare or time at this place. After hearing about it, I really wish I could have gotten in. :-/
