Machan this is a very possible situvation I am friends with a girl from the Sellamutthu place (near Renuka) befor it even shifted to down the road (so almost 10 years or more I think) , she left joined some other place and since then always keeps in touch even though she is not working in a MP any more she still calls me for small helps when she gets stuck for Avhrudu this year I deposited some money for her as a help (not a big amount but still she appericiates that)

But there should be a talent and attitude to keep the contacts for decades.

I did hit to one place few days back around 10 PM and proceeded as per the instructions. They do not keep the girls within the place, they arrive on call. Had to wait 10-15 mins till the girl came in by a tuk tuk. I got inside the tuk tuk and check the girl, and she was 70% ok (90% considering the time, place and cost) Actually the hotel doesn’t involve in this action directly, a guy works there does the pimp job. She arranges girls and then we have to take a room. Cost of the girl 2500 and for room 600. These were the charges for a shot time session. Tuk tuk is waiting till the job is finished.

The girl was 19 years old, belly, fair and very GFE. Nice BJ and allowed all positions except anal. She is not a beauty queen, but worthy for money.

Thanks for sharing your story with us. This shows that the use of mobile phones could change the relationship between mongers and girls. I was seeing a Chinese girl regularly for 3 years until she went off to the Maldives and disappeared from the scene.

i had some sessions in sea view-kolpity (in-front of juliana) today.

around 8:45 (20:45) when i was coming-out of sea view, i saw a group of people gathered on the galle road (exactly in-front of juliana hotel) with few policemen.

it seems: its no-more safer as these policemen wait for an opportunity to catch the girls with the men.

what i feel from this trishaw man's detailed report is:-
these policemen are being encouraged / guided by these trishaw men as they loose the business if the girls are being dropped by the mongers. well no evidence..!

so, my advice to the isg members;-
if your favourite spot is juliana hotel, then just after your session, you could just pay her extra few rupees as her trishaw charges rather than dropping the girl in your own car. if you (monger) or the girl leaves the hotel alone, cops will not have any evidence to prove anything.

Thanks for your report, but I thought it would be good to give the full name of the hotel as it has previously been described as a safe place. As you say, we don't know the exact facts at the moment. If a monger comes out with a girl, he can say that she is his girl-friend and no crime has been committed. If the girl comes out on her own and "loiters" even for a few minutes waiting for a three-wheeler, she can be arrested as a "street-walker". The problem may have been started by Chinese girls loitering in front of the hotel.

As Tea Boy refered , Police cannot arrest the girl or his partner just for " travel together in the same vehicle". There is no provision in the legal system to make such an arrest.

Regarding the prostitution, police can arrest or question the people if they are caught up in the real position (intercose) while arrest.

Rather than no actions possible in that chain, even if you caught up in the MP , the provider only will face the trouble as per legal system in SL.

Mongering is not a terrorist activity to arrest the people under emergency regulation without telling the reason like "why they are arrested".

So dont be afraid, if the police really wanted to arrest the girls they can simply make the raid in the hotel rooms rather waiting in the roads.

Other note, yesterday there was a convey of leading political leader, that was the reason the police was deployed along the Galle road.

Trishaw guys are number one cheaters in all the ways in our funny island as well as south asia.

They have the talent to interprit any situations in favour to them.

During this security situation every where police deployed even front of the Zoo during the midnight time, it may protect the ancient animal sanctuary.

I am not so favour all of a sudden to point out the safest and standard hotel in Colombo-03, just because of the cops standing out side and for the tricky trishaw fellows statements.

The Cops in this country from the IGP downwards are a bunch of Morons who try to make their own laws as they go along. It is only the Supreme Court that is there to rein them in. The Cops have no right to arrest any couple coming out of a hotel. Even if they raid a hotel they cannot arrest any couple in bed. They can only arrest a girl for soliciting or if sex is being sold in a brothel.

There was a case in Wennappuwa about 10 years back where the Police raided a hotel and arrested the owner who was in bed with a woman. The hotel owner was a UNP er and it was a case of political victimisation. The judge (a lady who is on the supreme Court today) told the police that what happens in a bedroom between a man and a woman does not concern the fornicating (my word) Police and threw the case out. But these monkeys in uniforms will never learn.
