Anyone experience this? Supposedly there were a lot of foot massage places that fronted for full service. I get regular foot massages but the newspaper said that these joints were in older buildings. I see signs for foot massages all over the place!

Many if not 'most' were somewhat photoshopped, and the famous 'So-So' I referred to in an earlier posting a month or so ago the least of all in my limited experience. And perhaps 'photoshopped' is even too harsh a term. It's more like they took a few years off their faces by using older photos, great professional lighting during the 'shoot', etc.

I was, however, pleasantly surprised that at least it was always the same girl in my half dozen or so visits. Some other posts have indicated total 'bait-and-switch' situations, which I personally never encountered.

And don't forget, if she's not what you expected when she opens the door, you can always politely say, 'so sorry, wrong door' and walk away. Just remember, she reserves the same right to do this to you!

I will be in transit through HK in early Feb. Unfortunately I arrive in HK at 6:45AM on Saturday. By the time I get through the airport and to my hotel in Wan Chai I expect it will be 9:30AM. Anybody know if there will be any fils / indos available at that time?

Also, I have read this thread back to the beginning of 2010 and can't find much info on Indos. Anyone have general info on their services. I like flips for their GFE type service, but I also like the look of Indos. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

But as I said, the solution for me is to ask at check-in for a carry on tag for my bag. Its just a regular I'd tag with an orange piece of paper stapled to it and the girl just tears off the orange tag. The orange tag says that the carry-on was okayed by airline.

I just had a bag that I have carried on in economy class many many times weighed and forced to check it in at Shanghai Pudong. Check in girls following orders. Have never had this problem at HK.

Can anyone update on what has happened to Laguna and where the girls from there have gone, especially the Sunday afternoon crowd?

It was always my favourite hunting ground both for freebie's on a Sunday afternoon and on other nights. On my past few trips have picked up a Indonesian maid freebie, a pair of filipina maids (only HKD 500 each for 5 hours of three some fun before they had to go back to their employers) and Indonesion pro (she lways wears shorts and knee high boots, danced in front of the pillar to the left of the dance floor if you are facing the mirrors) who was great fun back in the room.

Will be sad if this has now all been lost. Anyone any info? My good friend Uncle Goober maybe?

Head to Big Bamboo for a meal, chat with expats, grab something to eat and and get a skinful of booze then after midnight walk up 100m to Manhattans, find the nicest pair flips, agree 1500 for the night and make lots of jokes about which one of them is going to get their arse fucked. And go enjoy the rest of the night. No dramas ever. And one of the girls always irons my shirt for me in the morning, which is very sweet.

I miss Shanghai.
