I wouldn't label my thing a dysfunction at all. After days of fucking and cuming you run dry and get sore. I think it is a natural response to not cum as much. As I wrote earlier I like to prolong it and fuck a couple girls one after the other.

Some interesting points there.

The inability to orgasm a few times a month when back home and multiple times per day for days or weeks on end while on a mongering holiday are two distinct issues. Most studies and assistance programs are based upon frequencies found in a "normal" / Western setting. I'm pretty sure I know what the response would be if I were to return back home with "Doc, I'm sick. I can't blow my load 4 times every day for 2 months". LOL.

I enjoy extended and repeated intercourse when on holiday. That it may or may not result in ejaculation doesn't bother me in the slightest. I'm no longer a 17 year old putting notches on a bed post. Someday I need to put together all the messages I've received from various apps from the Pinoy boyfriends. There are two distinct types: One type plays tough and uses Tagalog or Visayan profanity with broken English to threaten me, roughly 2/3.
