While the girls may work at the door step I really doubt the hotel will be happy with you bringing them through the lobby. You might be able to sneak them in some back way. Most hotels in Berlin are girl friendly, but not necessarily street walker friendly. I can not say that I blame them as they do have other guests to consider and being in that area they must want to keep things a bit decent.
There is I am told a small rent by the hour place just down the street (Steinmetz-eck Hotel. 69 Bülowstr.) where the girls take their trade. Or you could follow WK's lead and use the great outdoors or the LSD video kabin.
