So for me to front up some cash it's not a big deal and the ROI (return on investments) usually come back double what I put out. True and of course I've had some investments that did not pan out but I'm equal or above in most things. I do better at this investment then the stock market.

Recent examples. A girl gets a new apartment (7,000 baht a month), is studying english (4 K a month), and is taking care of family in Isaan (15 K a month). She can't make rent she says. She has no sponsor. She asks for some cash to help that month due to fewer customers. I front some cash, 4,000 baht. She says she will open up her apartment to me to stay there (soi AR). Can bring girls with me and / or she will bring girls to join us. Normally or lately I've stayed at a serviced apartment where a 1 bedroom apartment is 800 baht a night on Soi AR. So now at worst case, I get a fall back apartment to take girls to, and or I get her and a friend of hers and other favors, or just stay with her as she and her friends know I'm a major whatre.

How do I know this will come true? Because when she lived on Naklur (spelling?) Soi 27 I had her old room key and nailed her room mates for free (Feb 2010). She would stay in my apartment, I'd wake up motorbike to her room and nail her room mates. I paid their rent that month, 4 K, and I got free access to their room and between the legs of the room mates (yes even a few times while they were talking on the phone to their sponsors.) for two plus weeks (18 days).

Another example. Girl needs to sell her home, she already owes me money, she asked for a few more baht. I did, and she did sell her home and she put the money in my K bank account. This is a girl who brought me 3 girls to BKK (including her younger sister) to stay at GP with me and did everything we could imagine. But before I give a girl 100 bucks I know them and start with small funds and see how the performance and such is. But for 3,000 baht (100 USD) investment now and then it can pay you back in spades.

HOWEVER. I'm not a two week wonder, I repeat, my stays are 2 to 3 weeks long every visit and I am there often. The bar owners and mamsan's know me. If a girl royally screws me over she knows I know her bosses. And I generally run things past the mamasan / owners in the bars in PI and Thai first to see which girls are full of bolabola / Ko hok. And it is surprising how much the other bar girls talk about their co workers (and about girls from other bars) so it's easy to figure out who to deal with.

We all got our own style, but I'll invest in certain bars and it has served me well. When one girl goes out of circulation (sponsored or her sponsor is in town) I get her new number, she still sees me on the side, and she also recommends replacements or temp girls to fill in for them when they just can't meet up.

I'm not making merit. I look at it as investment in getting proper services on demand.

Tony's. Normally a great selection of girls. You get girls that have finished their day or night job. That could be Pattaya office workers or Pattaya bar workers. You get freelancers and, during Thai holidays and weekends there is the added bonus of Bangkok office girls. Again, free to get in with live shows. Tony is normally on stage doing his thing. Drinks are expensive. I think last time a small Heineken cost me 250 Baht.

Lucifers. The club at the back is normally packed with girls. Again, the same scenario as Tony's with a cross selection of girls. The last time I was there I sat with 4 office workers from Bangkok. They all worked for Isuzu. To me they all looked stunning. It's not that dark. The thing with the office workers, in Pattaya for a long weekend, is that they really like to be shagged. They might only visit Pattaya twice a year and are really up for it. Obviously you have to buy drinks. These drinks will cost more than a normal bar fine but, in most cases, you won't have to pay them.

Con: They might try to get you to put a ring on their finger.

...here as this is a very sensitive topic on this forum. The way this works, both in theory and in practice as it is does every single day (Q.E.D.), is that it the market develops to accommodate varying price points. That development brings with it more of everything -- more high budget and more low budget, more sense of opportunity which attracts more girls, etc.

Like real estate, consumer products, and pretty much everything else that is sold in the world, the "luxury" segment plays a very large role in the development of the cheaper segments. Where there is no premium segment, the cheap goods are almost always available only for the truly poor, of very shoddy quality, and not available to or even really known by most of us.

Went to Pattaya over the weekend to escape the shennanigans in BKK. Tried out walking street first - went into several go-gos but the girls seem to want 2000 for ST. Tried Peppermint, Airport...a few others. If I'm going to pay 2000 for ST I might as well go to Baccara or Rainbow 4 in BKK where I can get a real stunner for that price. Escaped over to soi 6 instead - 300 bf + 700 st gets you laid. Sorted.
