Top Models is just a site that takes various listings from both independents and agencies. It is the most reliable local site. When you click on the link to the girl's photos, you may see several other girls listed. That is either an agency or what they have here as a loose "co-op." I know of two girls on the site who live together and work in the same apartment but consider themselves indies.

Numbers change with some frequency, phones are lost or they get bad reviews on the local review site and change it to fool the unwary.

1) Yes - multiple agencies, as well as some independants. As pointed out, when you click on 'friends', you'll see all the girls with the same phone number - that's an agency.

2) Its part of the EE Stimulus Plan - everyone has to buy a new SIM card every 90 days.

3) With agencies, quite controlled. They aren't supposed to give their personal number - but, if they like you, many will.
