There are 10 k+ girls in a 20 mile radius from CDMX Center and many of them are solid 7/8's. There is a lot of quality and value in Mexico (CDMX, MTY, GDL). If you are not going there you are definitely missing out.

And the issue has nothing to do with my scale or your scale, or subjectivity. He rated the girl according to his personal scale and standards (and rated her low), and got lucky that she looked better in person. What if she looked like her pics, or even worse? Would she be worth spending $500? The issue that was brought up by Gfefan is that SA in the US, and SF specifically, sucks. He had to work with what was available to him, and went with her simply out of desperation, because other options were not feasible. Again, he was lucky she looked better in person and quoted a reasonable (for SF) rate, but it could be just a waste of time.

I never had multiple 10's. Heck, I never even had a single 10. And I have no idea what places where all 10's are congregated you were talking about. Please enlighten me, and I will be happy to visit those places. Speaking of standards, I'm trying to get the best looking girls I can, but I will rarely go below 7/10 these days, simply because I don't feel like paying for something I can get for free (albeit, with some time and effort invested). And this is not the question of affordability or money per se. I want my experiences to be as less transactional as possible, and If I think I can get laid for free, obviously not counting some dinner / taxi expenses, I will try it. Why would I want to pay for sex with a 5 or 6? She probably needs sex as much as I do, if not more. Sure, I could fuck a 4, if I just got out of prison or something. What has been proven to work with HSV prevention is the drug Valtrex. You can get a doctor's prescription, buy it all day chemist or get it abroad. Study showed that 740 or so married couples where one person had HSV had 16 transmissions per year without Valtrex and those taking Valtrex daily only had 4 out of 740 transmissions per year studied. So it is not perfect but it is a lot better than condoms. Prevention dose is 500 MG per day. Generic Valtrex is valacyclovir.
Some argue that taking such drugs causes resistance rates to rise. So your taking this drug to prevent HSV may be hurting society long term. I am not going to debate on this subject. Just want to inform.
With HPV, you want to get vaccinated with Gardasil. Now they are using a 2 instead of 3 dose regimen. Of all the things you can do to be considerate to women, getting this vaccine is probably the most. Penile cancer in males due to HPV is not that common but cervical cancer due to HPV is common in women. It is why they get PAP smears.
I hate recommending vaccines after the whole Covid fiasco and I have read horrible reports of side effects with the vaccine but I know a lot of guys who have gotten the vaccine and not had any issues. I had issues with the Covid vax but not this one. I think for most mongers getting the vaccine has more benefit than risk and guys should do so but do your own research and talk to your own doctor.

When I first started using SA in 2009, it was new, and those were the best of times. I got a 9-10 type off the site in the USA, and I think that I got two others and quit in 2018. My last best SA gal in the USA was from 2016, and she was a 7 and great in the sack. 2009 to 2013 or so were the golden years for SA in the USA.

So, wondering if I need to do something different but don't want to be unprepared for side effects.

The main thing they check for is your blood pressure. Apparently low BP is not good for this. If you are in Europe much easier OTC I suppose. I use Khealth online here in US and have been happy.
I use the 10 MG Cialis and love it. Of course it lasts 3 ish days tho I might boost a day or two in depending. For me primary side effect is some flushing and massive bloodshot eyes. The key to bloodshot eyes is Lumify. This shit is amazing. Don't use any substitute. It's expensive for that teeny bottle but worth every penny. Actually having used Cialis a couple years I see less of this anyhow. And yes I believe it takes me longer to cum but that could also be cause I have no business fucking as much as I do on a binge. Def love the hardness and fucking forever. It really is a miracle drug.

I'm in the healthcare profession, look at my screen name. You will get your best bang for the $ with 10 MG generic from a quality manufacturer.
The most common aes are usually headache, stuffy nose, red eyes (the vasoconstriction), sometimes syncope.
However, you can adjust dosing, start with 5 MG before an adventure and check how you feel. Do it for 2-3 days. Then you can up to 10 MG or cut in half, but the tab is oblong to prevent this. So should cut longitudinal.
Lumify works great and puts dollars in my pocket.
Just make sure you get a quality generic. Some of my buddies have switched to getting it from Stride, getmystride or something because they give it for free supposedly if you need anything else, but I don't need to go that route.
Like all meds just don't get a bottle and pop on the plane before you land and have no experience.
My buddy did that going to Brazil for first time and passed out in the bathroom (severely lowered his BP, low glucose etc). No major issue but he endured a lot of ribbing from us on that trip LOL.

I used to get the side effects with Viagra (bloodshot / headachy type), but when I switched to Cialis, no real issues. Then play with the dosages, hopefully before you get to your trip. Essentially, in the end, it will help you figure out what type of stamina you actually want. In Brazil, they only had 20 MG of Tadalafil at the pharmacy that I went to, so did a pop every 1. 5 days and was good to go and no issues. Although going for a few hours straight may not be what you want LOL.
