Thailand and the Phils are pretty much equal cost wise, but the girls in the Phils are more GFE oriented and speak english. The Thai girls are much more open to all sorts of different stuff, but otoh much stricter on condoms. I would, however, suggest most strongly that you consider Pattaya over Bangkok. Much more compact (If you want to barhop for example) , everything is within a reasonable walk of the action centre.
