Perhaps Thermae got too overcrowded, and a moderately good looking girl may get a customer on Soi 4 more easily (even if have to set cheaper price).

First let me say that I walked on Soi 4 from Sukhumvit to the Soi 6 "short cut" intersection tonight around 8:15 PM and did not see one girl in about 20 standing there I would pay any amount of money to have sex with. You definitely nailed the issue with an upfront agreement for BBFS with the Naam scenario.
