And I have been to the casas three days in a row! I love the simplicity and cheapness of them.

First time in Medellin. Here is my report to help those that want to visit. First of all I am not a guy that likes to pick up girls on the street and go to a short term hotel although I have done it a few times before. I like quality and am prepared to pay for it at Colombian prices. Arrived on Tuesday afternoon and arranged to meet a girl from SA that lives in Bogota but was here for a week. She was beautiful, classy and spoke perfect English. But cost more than the usual. She arrived Tuesday evening and I checked her in at the hotel I was staying for 2 night. The hotel is in the middle of Parque Lleras and was called the Charlee. Very unique and classy hotel but wouldn't stay there again. Had a great meal at Carmen and then we spent the night and following day together. Wasn't exciting enough for me so I had her leave the following evening.

Wednesday night went to apparently the best strip club here called La Isla. It is in a building that is like a big warehouse but inside is nice and comfortable. A lot of stunning women in here and it was hard to make a choice. Had some drinks with a couple of different ones. Not cheap think they were 33,000 pesos each so around $9. My hotel wouldn't let me check another one in so decided to have fun on premises. Hotel attached to club and rooms were clean. Total cost 320,000 pesos (around $90) for an amazing 45 minutes. If you pay in dollars they only give you an exchange rate of 3,200 so $100 in US money. Yes I know it is expensive compared to one off the street but the quality was different class. The one I had showed me photos where she won a big beauty pageant in Colombia. She was that good.

Left the club and decided to walk around the park around my hotel. Full of bars, clubs and girls on the street. Mostly from Venezuela is seemed. Got hit on of course many times. I wasn't interested but pretended I was. They start at 300,000 and come down quickly when you say no. I am guessing 150,000 would do it at peak times and then the cost of a short term hotel. As the night goes on I am guessing 100,000 would be readily available.

Following day moved to a 5 star hotel away from the park booked on Hotwire. NH Collection Medellin Royal. $34 per night including breakfast. Crazy cheap.

Went for dinner around the park and then visited a club called Gusto. Quite a few girls in there but not the same quality as La Isla so headed there again. Found another beauty and same thing as the night before 320,000 pesos. I didn't want to bring her to my hotel as would have cost a fortune and quite honestly I wanted to wake up early by myself as I had an early business meeting.

Last day was the highlight of my trip. Visited the massage place Loutron which used to be owned by Pablo Escobar. Only 10 minutes away it is hidden away in the mountains and is a spectacular house. You sit down in a beautiful room and there is a notebook and pen for you. The girls come in one by one and you decide which one you want. They introduce themselves in their white coats and undress to show you front and back. Out of the 10 I saw there were 2 stunners but the other 8 were all more than acceptable. Went to an amazing room and spent an hour in heaven, massage, blow job and sex. Total cost 330,000 pesos. An amazing experience and one you must take advantage of while in Medellin if you can afford it. Only thing it took forever to get an Uber back from there. Heading back now and would say it was an OK trip. But Loutron made it extra special. I still like Brazil better but this is much closer for me of course living in Florida. And cheaper. Fro those that don't want to pay this kind of money and don't want to pick off the street I would say go to either Gusto or Parque Lleras bar for a drink and you will find nothing but working girls in there and will cost you less than La Isla or Loutron. But those are 5 star visits!

I am new here but not new to the mongering thing but have never been to Colombia. I had some Credit with Jetblue so I decided to book a ticket to Bogota next month. It seems like everyone universally prefers Medellin and Cartagena for the women is there a particular reason that I am missing? I wanted to stay in Bogota because I like the cooler climate but Have now decided to spend only a day or 2 there and then go to Medellin for a week due to all the positive reviews.

I'm far from a seasoned vet but thankfully through some quick trial and error, this board, and some friends I have made in the states who are from Medellin. I have realized the $100+ airbnb, high end strip clubs, instagram girls etc is completely unnecessary. To each their own though, I'm a simple man and the girls in centro do me just fine, I'm also only 28 so a lot of times it ends up being free too.
