Havana never disappoints me while LA Cafe has, and I prefer Makati and likely too lazy to cab over to LA. If you end up staying in manila, $70 will cover the hotel, WIFI AND a young lady to keep you company every night if you stay at the executive plaza and pick up at la cafe. I even believe there's a good dentist inside robinsons mall mentioned elsewhere in this thread.
