For HIV transimission it seems only blood and semen are plausible vectors. So DATY with a girl on her period might be risky (but you will taste that immediately) and even then the HIV particles need to get inside of you. Mucous membranes are one way (but difficult) and wounded gums are another (more likely).

As far as sex related. It seems HIV only transfer via unprotected anal sex mainly (this seems to be the most case) and possibly unprotected vagina sex (this one is low probability though).
