I guess we have to keep the raids in perspective. There have been several instances when PB was raided when I was in the building. In all cases, the pimp would knock and inform me that the raid was coming and give me the option to leave if I wanted to and always advice me to just stay in the room with the door locked from inside and not go outside or to the bathroom when LE was there.

LE always came for a specific purpose (to arrest an unruly / drunk customer or to break up a fight) , take away the trouble makers, and leave very quickly.

Just to be safe, I always do LT at the girl-friendly hotel that I stay at but I've never heard of LE harnessing any legitimate monger out for some fun.

Then again, I have not been to SG for 3 years and I am aware that things can change.

That's never the case, in my experience. Even in cases when I went from one trusted SP to another in the course of a day, I would find out from both the girls and the pimp that he would retrace my path and collect his commission from each of the girls that I had visited.

The girls are terrified of not being honest with their pimps because the pimps have ears and eyes everywhere and can easily find out which girl was with which client.

To me, a good pimp can be a huge asset because he will soon get a good idea of what your personal preferences are and keep a lookout for the kind of girls you like. He will also protect you from unscrupulous SPs, unruly, drunk fellow mongers who can get aggressive and LE.

Hey Grub1:

I'm pretty active on the DR Sosua forum (you may not see many posts from me, but given the hostile, counter productive nature of that board, I'm sure you'll understand!) but I have been following your posts for a while now.

I'll try to answer as many questions as you had:

1. Prices are a bit on the high side in India but that is consistent with the quality and GF experience that you get. I love the way the SPs, if you choose wisely, treat you like royalty and cater to all your comforts and desires (within reason, of course, and given that some of the PSE stuff is alien and taboo to them. There is a very wide range of providers from the very cheap, which can be very distasteful and dangerous, to the very high end where you can get a indie you take out for dinner, disco and a stay in a luxury hotel (all of which you get to pay for) which can cost a bunch. To me SG in Kolkota is a happy medium.

2. Left handed cigarettes are very freely available. You've just got to keeps your wits about you and ask the auto (phut phuts, three-wheeler taxis) or check out sites like we be high for locations. I would suggest that you get the help of a local who speaks the language to assist you, but, as long as you don't flaunt it, you'll be fine.

I have no clue about the town you mentioned in your post but I can check it out if you'd like.

When is your next trip to Sosua. I'm going next month and would love to make your acquaintance there and swap stories. I hope we can possibly meet in Kolkota where I'll be in July. Any plans for visiting LOS or AC?

After some success and failure. I have come across a few (2-3) genuine SP's through locanto though most of them are fakes.

With these 2-3 providers, my experience has been good. I have repeated one place near Highland park.

Would request others to shed some light on these contacts available on Locanto.

Indys can be very risky, especially the ones who are unwilling to share any pictures at all or give out fake pictures. I prefer indys but only through reference, at least you have some idea what you are getting.

SG is relatively more wysiwyg and you can negotiate everything.

I will be in Kolkata for a few hours next week and was looking spending some quality time.

I have been to SG thrice, been to an MP, and took service from an independent (Sharmila) through SEA before. The MP experience was not that good as I did not get anything extra.

Of course there's high probability of getting fleeced but now with years of mongering experience I have somehow managed to pick 2-3 descent SP's who gives genuine services. And I'm not saying that I haven't been duped. I've had fair share of disappointments as well. Then again it's full of fakes and one must be very careful with dealing with these people whereas in SG it's all very straightforward.
