I see you use English a little differently to me.
We would say "turn left INTO (or AT) SUKHUMVIT ROAD" in order to be clear.
This is the normal English pattern.
"towards Sukhumvit" is simply a statement of direction. You be be anywhere on Soi 4. "the corner" could be any corner with a petrol station.
Sorry to be so pendantic, but some dumbies, like me, can be totally befuddled real easily unless there is total precision.
I thought only ladies didn't know which way was East or West :-)

OK, you tell a texi driver to go to Soi Nana. Then you try to find the places where the girls are - but not those at the road (simple beer bars) - those socalled 'GoGo Bars'. You will find those bars in a backyard called "Nana Entertainment Plaza". The best thing for you is to ask the taxi driver to help you finding it.
Assumed that you find it you locate yourself directly below that sign "Nana Entertainment Plaza". That is btw. the entrance to NEP. Now you look towards the bar area. Now turn 90 degress to the right - and you will see the bridge of the skytrain approx. 60 m away from you. Below that is a big street - let us call it "Sukhumvit'.
Now start using your legs, moving your body step by step towards that big 'Sukhmumvit' street. Before you step on that road and get killed by the traffic - stop! At this moment to stand at - what we call - the corner of Sukhumvit and Soi 4.
Turn left there, 90 degrees, cross the road (that is Soi 4), and you will discover a fuel station to your left. Walk along our 'Sukhumvit Road', but be careful, there is a lot of traffic.
After you passed the fuel station there are shophouses coming along the street. After 20 m there are two pharmacies.

I forgot to tell you that you have to take your wallet if you want to buy something, now you have to go home, pick up your wallet and start from the beginning.
May be it is easier that I go there and buy some pills for you, and you come here to Livingstone's to pick them up :) !

Being recently forced to visit Bangkok, I was pleasantly surprised - it was not swelteringly hot! Upcountry is now quite chilly, so the Capital is tolerable for the moment. I stayed over in Chinatown, but visited the touristic areas for old time's sake.

I agree with Mick. I'm not gonna bother getting the "pills" online or here in Canada, as the costs are still higher over here. Someone just reported picking up a freelancer on Suk for ST at 1000 Baht. Though it's not considered over-priced, but when I was in BKK about 3 yrs ago, I was able to get a few ST's for around 600 to 800 Baht, and a couple of LT for 1000. I actually got 2 friends who were both working on Suk together to go with me for 1000 total.
I started out only intended to go for a 1-on-1, but you know how the Thai girls are when they are working alongside each other, they kept pushing me to take them both, and of course I kept saying I only wanted one. So they finally said "we give good price, you take 2", then I knew I had bargaining leverage.
Anyways, has anyone recently got ST with a Suk freelancer for less than 1000 baht? And has anyone had one for 1000 baht LT?
Just want to get an idea to what may be the norm for Suk freelancers these days.
