There are some roses amongst the thorns, and as Goyave says sex can be had for 2/300bt. I usually go to either the girls rooms (often in Flybird condo) or to a local short-time hotel for 100bt.. Don't fancy going into the bushes!

Don't expect to find a lot of providers here, but during the morning, usually 2 or 3 girls are working there, while in the afternoon (at 4 or 5 pm for instance), you should find about 6-8 girls in this area.

How could you be certain that your Thai girl is "clean"? Do you require her recent HIV and other STDs test results prior fucking her? How would the results be relevant if in the meanwhile the girl has fucked bareback with her Thai boyfriend (as it is often the case)? And how could you be sure that, for instance, a HIV test result is genuine in Thailand? I've undergone a few HIV rapid tests at public hospitals (300 baht and results are given within the hour) and my name was not mentioned on the results, only the number of the test (and of course, at the hospital and only there, they know that this test was mine). So, even if you see the results of a HIV test, you cannot know for sure that they really are those of the girl you want to fuck!

Yes, that's a sensitive advice. Now, just think about the number of punters who got BBBJ (and sometimes even bareback FS) between two STDs tests from those girls working in what is, according to you, safer places regarding sexual diseases transmission. I don't think that anyone could name a P4P place that is 100% safe in this respect anywhere in Thailand.

Hey folks. Been 5 weeks since my last trip to Thailand so think I need another one soon. Planning on going over in July and August for 2 months. Can anyone recommend a long stay hotel? Alternatively does anyone know if it's possible to get a condo in Pattay or Jomtien for a couple of months. lookig for somthing quite up market.

Last year I stayed in Pattaya Baywalk and they had a 1000 THB rate per day if you book one months in low season. Normal price is about 1600-1800 THB. I can recommend, also it's very central and good wifi. Opposite is Fraser Resort, a bit upscale but I guess good.
According Condo there are View Talay 6, next to Central Festival Center. There are some rent offices. One offers only >3months rentals. The other also short term contracts, but the lazy Philippine girl in the office prefered to have private calls, instead telling me the conditions. I guess the Boss wouldn't be happy about her attitude to her work.

If you want to lessen even more your risk factor, don't come to Thailand! For instance, Thailand is one of the worst countries in respect of road safety, therefore, it's very likely more dangerous to just cross the road here than in your own country.
Now, regarding our favorite hobby, there is no 100% safe P4P place in the Land of Smiles. If you wear a condom and use it correctly, your risk factor is very low, regardless of the girl's health status. If you don't use a condom, you're taking a risk, with any prostitute in Thailand, as explained in my previous post!
I already stated that some places are only for adventurous people. But maybe should you better avoid the whole country if you want to lessen your risk factor to the minimum?

My only comment, at this point, was 'my' mistake of paying the deposit by PayPal. They ate me alive in fees and the exchange rate. I should of known better but the options where slim.

How much for the room?
And how bad did they eat you alive with fees, etc

+ 400 bt for laundry upon checkout
+ 400 bt for cleaning
Deposit was $200 usd sent via Paypal
Actual amount of deposit credited was 5900 bt
Difference was in PayPal 'stuff' which at the time I figured was 500+ bt

The numerous times I've been to Patts, I've never found a "gem" in this area. Unfortunately, I am the type that really likes to look at the lady while she's providing the service and looking at some of the uglier ones there won't get me up regardless how much Vit V I take--strictly IMO.
The prices you posted were about in line with what I was being offered (about 300 or so) but for a few $ more, it's just easier for me to cruise Beach Rd for a real cutie to take back to my hotel nearby.
