North of 6K could well be a rip off, especially if girl does not perform. I never take a girl all night on first booking any more, in case she is a dud for me.

My price point is based on the comparison with my last trip where I spent a night with a bomb and spent 15 k bhat on her excluding the added expense of dinner and drinks. She was just 22 and super hot. But the girl I was with this time clicked all the similar boxes in 5 k a night. Only difference was this time I did the hard work to find her instead of just messaging an SP or using an escort agency. This was just my third trip to Bangkok and I have realized its more fun and better results with hard work rather then dialing a simple no. For pics and prices.

If you're trying to do long time, it's essential that you have decent chemistry with the girl. Perhaps arrange a short time first (or specify both the ST and LT price), and see if you want to extend it afterwards. Just throwing 6 k at an unknown girl could easily be a waste -- she could decide to cut it short and do a runner, and still demand full payment.
IMHO, Thai working girls don't make great companions for a fancy dinner these days (if they ever did). It's unusual for one to be a good conversationalist and if the place is too posh, it's unlikely she'd enjoy either the environment or the food. If you're getting food together, better go for a midrange or downmarket place they would actually enjoy.
As an aside, Ying from Tulip seems to fancy an occasional fancy dinner, and can hold herself just fine in a posh setting, so if you don't mind her looks, it's worth a shot (or five).

I would go out with the same Thermae girl that I've met lest time. I'm ok with one shot to begin the evening with and end it with another shot at night.
Even though I never had a full evening / night date I do think that you're right regarding WG's being great companions. That's why I never took any other girl with me for dinner. However, let's say that having been going to BKK for several years now, talking with this girl in Thermae and in my hotel room was pleasant without any form of awkwardness or uncomfortable silence. So perhaps I might give it a go if she's still around in the business.
Fancy dinner meaning having a rooftop bar dinner which I consider not to be that special but if she prefers to look into another culinary range then fine by me as well.

Just propose dinner and a session for 2500. In fact, I have received this offer from Thermae girls in the past. They say next time we boom boom we can go for dinner first and price is still 2500.
You are overpaying if you pay a Thermae girl 6000 for 2 shots over 6 hours.

I'm in total agreement with Charlie Sheen, "I pay them to leave, not for sex". In my humble opinion anything over three hours is boring.
I have been to many short dinners, to meet the right Thai lady. When I say many I mean over 30, and I kept them short, 3 hours max. I never found that diamond in the rough. These were all non WG'S and all had good jobs and were simi professional.
Why you would waste good money on a WG for an expensive dinner is beyond me. She will be on her phone, and not really interested in you but instead her mind is on the next customer and income.
If your self esteem requires that you be seen at a roof top resto with a hot Thai lady, go for it. But her mind is in your wallet and she could care less about you except what and when you will pay her.

I'm only after sex and company for money with this girl. I don't have doubt that she's doing it for the money. That's how I met her after all. Firstly thanks to the members of the forum who responded to my recent queries. In the end I only had one night in Bangkok! Other reports to follow in Phnom Penh and posted already in KL.
Went to Thermae. Really did not like how it works. Girls around perimeter and centre. I only saw one stunning blonde girl with great tits I wanted. She seemed more interested in her phone than anything. Got eye contact and asked her if she wanted to come for a drink. She wanted to know straight off if I would do LT and I said no. That was the end of that. Second circuit and nothing took my fancy. Into Nana Plaza. Don't know why. Like Bangla Road in Phuket and Walking Street in Pattaya it is just not for me. Gave up on the night and went to play pool in Hilary on Soi 4. Met a stunning girl who was a great pool player. She did her best to get me to take her fat friend too. No deal. She escorts me to another pool bar and an even hotter girl pool player! After 2 hours of drinking, some food and great fun I took them both back to the Sheraton (no issues on taking them in) for 2500 baht each. Had a fantastic night. Shame it was only one. Loved Hilary and there were many other options and would return.

It's more like a fishbowl except girls stand. Girls don't get money for lady drinks so it is rare they want to waste time sitting and having a drink with you. I have never had a Thermae girl ask for LT straight away. Many Thermae girls don't even do LT.

If its about money, I paid her far less then I would have spent otherwise. In total I paid her 15 k bhat for 3 days. She even saved some money for me. Some guys may say that was overpaying and for what I know now I was definitely overpaying. If she was a normal bar girl or a massage girl I would pay MUCH less than 5k for 24/7 day. However, it's your money and as long as you had fun it's worth it.
Have a hotel near Thermae, don't want to boom boom at the hotel over the bar. I really like the idea of dinner then taking her back to my hotel 10-15 min walk away. Can someone recommend a restaurant near Thermae? Maybe where its only 500 baht per person? Or do the ladies expect a fancy meal?
