Well, we only have ourselves to blame.

I go to the big clubs (Atlantis, Dollhouse) and have a drink for myself and watch the shows, but I do not buy lady drinks there. I also only pay 'trike fare' tips.

By patronising the smaller bars where the ladies do barfine, and by not overpaying, then mongers will assure themselves of a continuing supply of furry magnets.

By paying double lady drinks at inflated prices at the larger venues, you just give them enough $$$$ to not even need to worry about the 3000P jobs - they can be really selective. Why pay more to BF someone who will expect you to be grateful when down the road there are ladies who will be grateful to you - at less than half the cost.

Having said that, some of those larger places have really good eye candy and ambience - and often events, so are well worth the extra cost of one's own drink. So I definitely drop in to them and enjoy the show. Just never buy LD or try to BF there. After all, one can much more easily enjoy the eye candy if one is not having to make small talk with someone...or in this case trying fruitlessly to get them to barfine.

Oh, and I touch down in Clark tomorrow ng hapon. :)

Just the big ones in Fields. If you see a show, it's a show bar. It's very obvious if it's a show, complete with canned applause.

If I'm on the hunt, once or twice a day, I'll scan faces and bodies, not staying in one bar for more than one drink, and doing a lot of u-turns. If there's a candidate, I'll call her. If she comes over at a slight cue, that's a point in her favour.
