I still love the large clubs like World, Oase and Sharks but the weather is the key. Only so many months of decent weather and decent lineups in Germany whereas Thailand is warm year round. I also find ten days is more than enough in Germany whereas I can stay in Thailand a month without getting tired of the scene. Now in total 114 pages and on page 99 is still the duty to use condoms for sexual intercourse in pay sex. And sexual intercourse includes vaginal, anal and oral. You can read this on Page 99. That mean official no BBBJ and of course no CIM anymore!
But if I understand this right than most parts of this new law will become effectiv now two years after publication. Before it was six month. That mean new law will be in force earliest January 1st 2018. Maybe someone can confirm this.
