Unfortunately, there will always be enough sex-starved visitors with cash arriving and alcohol served to create price volatility on short-term arrangements. For the long term or repeat return foreigner in country interested in cash deals, I can't think of a better system than Mr Coast's "set rates that my budget and desires support and stick with 'em". Even a lower than market rate (having no idea whether Mr Coast's rates are above / at / below market rate) would ensure a steady stream of pleasing ladies in temporary straits. I'm guessing that an above market rate would lure some that would otherwise not consider a deal, increasing the pool of applicants. Who knows. Market price will vary depending on the buyer (how desperate or how jaded, how young and attractive or how old and pangit), the seller (how beautiful or attractive or how bored and uninterested), the location (Burgos St or Daram Island), the time (just before quitting' time? On New Year's Eve? Or perceived competition (I. E, How many Koreans or other well-heeled or more attractive buyers are you bidding against at the time) and a myriad of other factors (pheromones, etc). It is actually not "one size fits all" (although either the buyer or the seller can just set a price and declare that it is non-negotiable and then just wait for an acceptable taker).
