Typically, if your with a Chica, and she looks of legal age, most of the places will let them in with out even asking for an ID. However, some will not, and Premier Plaza checks everyone's ID. Zona Rosa as an example, has on a few occasions has asked to see an ID of a Chica I'm with just to confirm their of legal age. Hotel Deseos across from the Airport bus station has never asked me for an ID. Just about all of the cockroach Hotels that charge 6 K don't check ID's along the backside of the Veracruz Church either.

A rule of thumb more or less regarding which Hotels check ID's depends on their license. Hotels that can rent to foreigners overnight in El Centro are very stringent about checking ID's such as Premier Plaza and Calle Real nearby. The Zona Rosa is not licensed to rent rooms overnight to foreigners, hence for short time rental that they don't check ID's, but can rent to Colombians overnight no problem, where as Premier Plaza to maintain it's license to rent to foreigners overnight must maintain a log which is monitored by the authorities.
