I have received info from a reliable source that the Red Lion pubs (there are 2), located in Multicentro and in San Francisco (within walking distance of the Sheraton), that the servers in both places are available for take out.
The modus operandi is that you befriend your favorite server and start the flirting process, if they seem receptive, you can arrange an after shift meeting or if you feel confident, you might talk to the.
Manager (at least in multicentro is a male) and pay like a multa from the other places for taking her out during her shift and then arrange with the girl directly.
I can not confirm this information myself, but the source is reliable. It all makes sense, since all the servers are recent arrivals from other countries and they don't have work permits.

Was there on SuperBowl night, which was also my last night in PTY. It is located directly across the street from the Hard Rock on an elevated platform. There is also an indoor overpass that goes from the Stage Bar in Hard Rock to the shopping mall that Red Lion is part of. You go across that overpass, down one escalator, and the indoor entrance is directly in front of you. There is also another bar directly adjacent to Red Lion, but with black awnings and decor instead of red.
We went after the SuperBowl crowd had cleared out. Each bar had 15-20 "waitresses" dressed in skimpy Hooters-style outfits. Waitresses were very spunky and flirtatious and actually competed a bit over which bar we would sit at. There were also various groups of working girls spread out at the tables. We ended up chatting with one group that claimed to be dancers from the Elite strip club on their off-night. They were asking $200 firm due to their "pedigree", and two of them were quite possibly among the hottest girls I've seen in my entire career.
All-in-all a nice, large open-air spot. Not as many girls as Habanos, but equal or better quality and you don't have to deal with the enclosed-space smoke cloud. Although we weren't there for long enough to find out, the "waitresses" were cute and seemed very available for take-out. Would've definitely been back there more if we had more time.

Just got back from four days in Panama City, my third visit. Great time, this one even out did the other times! This trip I rented a hertz auto and cruised the beaches on the pacific side; but will not discuss that since you can read all about the beaches on the big travel sites. Will cover just girls and the hotel. All fees mentioned are dollars, since that's the currency.
Hotel: as usual I stayed at the Hyatt place; great location right near Habanos, the palace, etc. I paid $95 a night which included airport transfers. No chica fee. Solid fairly new hotel, with great staff, breakfast etc. It is a sure thing.
Girls: Before I begin, I will say you can get action for cheap in this town. Just reading the latest reports where guys were paying $15 was funny as hell. It's true, but not my thing. I've been doing this a while, and just am not into the fast lay on a massage table or COT in dodgy surroundings any more. I prefer longer time in my comfy hotel bed. It's all available in Panama, you just choose what you want.
That said, night one I was in Habanos. Packed with Colombianas and Cubanas. Ratio girl to guy had to be ten to one. And nice looking too. I actually was just drinking and waiting on a Cubana I had met last time, but she was late. So I started talking to a 23 year old from Manizales, Colombia. She stole my heart! In short: Habanos is packed with great looking Colombianas (and Cubans too). The palace is rocking. The Hyatt is a great place to hang out. Panama City has it all. My new go to hangout for sure. The two block radius where I hung out (Marriott, Habanos, Palsce, Hyatt) safe with police presences. Did not hit Veneto this time, but it worked for me fine last visit. Have booked Hyatt as well based on your review here. This would be my 2nd trip to Panama and I will say that the first trip was not as cost efficient as I would like it to be. That's what I did last time. Then it was $200 at the airport.
It depends on the chica and how much demand there is for her at places like Habanos. If Habanos is truly rocking then the chicas there won't be able to get a client every night.
