Can I give one piece of advice? Start earlier. Your dates starting at 10 or midnight don't leave much time for repeat bangs and also to course correct if needed. My place in Cartagena is in Manga and runs only $600 to $750 per month and it has a great view of the sea and skyline. I have not played the golf course there though. Getting a steady string of SBs there or from nearby Medellin or Bogota would probably not be hard. I am not sure if you can stay more than six months at a time. I like the beaches fine there but they do not have the white sand the best beaches do. The main thing with Cartagena is to avoid the rainy seasons. Barranquilla is a bigger and cheaper city but there is not as much to do there.

I often meet my gal halfway in Mexico when I do not have that much time. We have been to CDMX dozens of times. Thing is when I looked at beach towns in the summer in Mexico there was always a lot of rain. The exception were the cities like Cabo San Lucas on the Baja peninsula as they are desert like. Anybody ever do this in the Seeking space? I know when I was on there I refused to pay any "allowance" on a first date. I would pick up drinks and dinner, but not expect anything back though if it didn't work out.
