If you like clubs try Kiev Fall-Winter-Spring or Odessa in the summer.

Crimea also a good summer option.

Be forewarned that the Odessan pro scene (if you are into pros) is remarkably undeveloped and it takes some work to find them if you aren't used to EE. There is a ton written on Odessa if you RTFF and AFAIK it is mostly still true.
