One is called a collectivo which is shared with other passengers going to wherever in the City and I have no idea how many different passengers they take or the cost, but unless your the first person being dropped off it make take awhile to get to your destination. Best bet is to just pay the 80,000 COP and I'm typically at my place in less than 30 minutes and this fare is for Poblado. I don't know how much the fare is to Laureles, it may be the same. When you arrive at the airport, you will also see yellow taxis waiting for customers, and the price is the same as the white taxis, yet the white taxis are larger and more modern, hence I use them versus the yellow taxis.

Also, there will be guy's offering rides as well who are Uber drivers or other drivers which I won't use. I had a friend come down and I told him to only use the white taxis, and some guy approached him, said it would be 80,000, and then when getting in the car said it would be an additional 20,000 COP to use the tunnel to get to Poblado and he just paid it so that's another scam to avoid. As an alternative you can always take the City bus which runs I think every twenty minutes and I think is around 16,000 COP and will drop you off in El Centro within a block of Hotel Nutibarra and across the street from Hotel Deseos.

There will be a guy in charge of the white taxis.
