All of the clubs I've been to have had the same basic rules. The payment at the door covers admission and non-alcoholic drinks or mixers. Most have been BYOB. I believe the clubs in Colombia require everyone to strip down at least to underwear, that's usually not a requirement in the US.

The main rule was always that you don't touch anyone else without permission. Sometimes permission is nothing more than a look from another guy. Sometimes it involved sitting down with another couple and discussing what rules they play by.

Occasionally a woman from another couple will initiate contact with a man without asking, but it's uncommon. It's more likely the women will get together and decide what's going to happen.

I gave him feedback one time on errors in a couple of articles I read in Guru, albeit is was a single issue. I did it in an editorial fashion and even told him that I did not fully appreciate the amount of effort it must take to maintain his Web site and thanked him for his effort. He blocked my Email address, was his only reply. IMO, the exact opposite way that should be handled. An editor who cannot handle criticism is more interested in protecting his own interests than the quality of his content.
