Do an online search for info on Camiguin Island (not far from Cagayan de Oro (CDO)). I stayed at a nice "beach" resort there. I recall some info about a rainforest hotel on the mountain nearby. If so, you could save a lot of travel time.

Or just try a google on rain forest hotel Philippines.

the report posted by loveasianwh0res is disturbing but it isn't the first time that a monger got caught up in a cherry girl or **** scam in ac. for a time, the frequency of the scams decreased. however, now with the decline in the number of mongers visiting ac due to the tough economy, the drop in western union retainers and the local change in leadership at station 4, the scams are back in full swing. it appears that the con artists in ac have declared open season on mongers again.

identifying the girl wouldn't be much help. there will be others and this particular girl is probably long gone by now. her demand of 100,000 pesos would have been a nice prize for a poor bar girl. so most likely she had planned on skipping town. she will have to share the 22,000 pesos with the mamasan and possibly give a tip to the police. knowing which bar it was would be of some help. the value of knowing just how much of his dick law stuck into her is more dubious.

it seems like the girl was acting in consultation with the mamasan. she was sizing law up for the kill from the beginning. the amount extorted may have been higher had she actually seen his dwelling in subic. bar fining cherry girls is a bad idea and attempting to fuck a cherry girl without paying the cherry fee before leaving the bar is an even worse idea. remember that the girls are dirt poor and very desperate prostitutes. you fuck them and then they fuck you!

another possibility is that she got pissed off at law because he wanted nothing to do with her after she made him take his dick out under duress. hell hath no rage like a woman scorned. so she decided to make law pay dearly for rejecting her.

law did the right thing by paying up at the police station. if charges were filed questions would have come up in court as to whether or not she was able to give consent since she was drunk. also, if consent was given there would be debate as to whether his dick was withdrawn the instant that consent was withdrawn. at the end of the day whose word would the pinoy court believe? as a foreigner you're never safe in the philippines.

most bars are reluctant to provide refunds of ewr if the act is consumated, no matter how good or bad the experience. most bars though, take a very dim view of the girls or mamasans conducting exploitive transactions. as a point of reference on a 1, 500 peso ewr (early work release), a bar will keep about 700 peso, the rest, including any tips, go to the mamasan and girl. for 700 peso of revenue, its not worth it to the bar to spoil their reputation. most rip-offs that occur in the bar, overcharging on drinks, etc, are the acts of corrupt waitresses, girls or mamasans, not the policy of the bar. if you speak to the manager or owner when you feel you've been decieved, they will take immediate action to correct it. most bars work hard to prevent these things from occuring, but there over 100 girls and only one or two managers and/or owners. cashiers, checkers, book keepers and stock clerks, are more about protecting the bar from the employees than about ensuring every peso is collected from the customer.

not to suggest this applies to you, but the number of guys who attempt to take a cherry girl on the pretense of bar hopping, get her drunk and do the act is significant. many bars have implemented a policy of taking detailed information on any customer taking a cherry girl on a ewr. it is stupid behaviour to plan this, as in this case, the bars do have friends in the community and if they can find the person, there will be a knock on his door.

cherry girls are a lousy lay and nothing but emotional trouble, just don't understand why they are pursued. i ewr cherry girls all the time for bar hopping and fun, but they provide no interest other than just being part of a party.

After my last AC trip in Feb of 2008, AC has come up in my travel rotation. Since my last trip, I've been to Thailand (3x), China (2x), Costa Rica (3x) and Brazil. I was really looking forward to being in AC again. But I have to say, I am very disappointed this time. On my first day, I was unsuccessful in trying to barfine the first 6 girls. All gave excuses as to why they could not go. They most common excuse was "on my menstruation". This is not the AC I remember. On my previous 3 trips here, you heard excuses for not barfining but not this often. I finally found a girl who would go but refused bj. The next day, it was 3 girls on "mens" before finding one who would go and she didn't have the best hygiene if you get my drift.

It was so bad; I booked tickets for Thailand on my third day. What the hell happened here? Frankly, I’m shocked the bar owners allow this. I think they are all getting too desperate for girls because there are too many bars now. Now you have seasoned guys like me who will avoid AC and go elsewhere. Also, we will stop bringing guys here like I’ve done 3 times in the past. I used to recommend AC to other mongers, especially newbies. But I will think twice before doing so again. There are simply too many better places for a monger to go.

Which bars on perimeter road are charging more than P1200?
The only one that I know of is Mirrors (inside the clarkton hotel) and that is for their spotlight type of girls. The vast majority of perimeter bars bar fines are priced at P1200, some are lower, but I have only been living here for years and things do change in seconds here.

Which bars on Fields, other than DHG are charging P3000?
Golden Nile comes close with their P2000 bar fines for certain girls.
The La Pasha Group (LPG) charges P1500, the Champagne group charges P1500, the super majority of independent bars do not charge more than P1,300/1350. I just covered about 95+% of the bars in AC.

Do a sneak out and get banned from a bar. Wow, that would really put an unbearable burden on a tourist if he were to be banned from entering a bar (or even a group of bars) for doing a sneak out. With over 90 bars in AC, what will they do when they get banned at a bar?

If you have a problem with a girl, then virtually all bars will not help you. This is part of the new ac that has been transforming for a couple of years now and continues to get worse. So guys should be of the mindset that sneak out or not, the chances that a bar will help you with any problems you encounter is remote to none. Bars are taking a hands off approach to customer service regarding problems after the girl and customer leave the bar.

Sneak outs as they are commonly termed, are very different than picking girls off the street. That is like attempting to compare an apple and an elephant. Here are a few of the many differentials, one has a city license, one has highly likely been to the weekly required hygiene, one is likely doing "sneak outs" because the bar she works for is low in customers or the bar is high priced, pulling scams and/or rip-offs, decreasing the number of customers in the bar, but while the girl is ok dancing for salary, she may have had a request from her family to send extra money. Since she cannot find a customer to pay her inflated bar fine cost, but she knows or has several offers to do a "sneak out" on her own time, she accepts one (or more) of the offers, so that she can earn the money that she needs. This is common for girls in AC to do, and they do it often. You mentioned cheating (lets term it loyalty), the girls are loyal to their family's first and foremost, the bar come very low on their priority list.
Now for the picking up a girl off the street, This is the dangerous part and was not suggested or recommended in my OP/posting. This is where most of the authority sponsored or authority involved set-ups happen. They are not with girls that work in the bars and on the side do "sneak outs". They are vastly girls that DO NOT work in bars at all.

I stopped going regularly there about 2 years ago. A lot of people say it's better than anywhere else in PI, but I disagree. For sheer volume, it is. But quality in many aspects it sucks. It became so up and down on my experiences there, I just got tired of the scene there.

When I was in Angeles City for two months this summer, my live-in fucklet told me about a trick she and some of her friends used on some of the guys that barfined them; she said they had this red powder that they carried with them in their purse and when they would go back to the monger's hotel, they would go into the bathroom, put the red powder on their panties and add water. Then they would come out of the bathroom and tell the monger that they can't have sex because they just started their mens. The only other possibility I can think of is that your are referring to your trips per year. If that is that case, I really hate you. No one should be so fortunate.

Not to pick on LAW because we all "assume" from time to time, but this is a great lesson to the rookies to be thorough in their interviews. Make it clear with the girl what's going to happen before you pay the barfine. Even then you'll still have occasional runners, but you probably won't have the police show up.
