Well I noticed the Juarez Police Dept still doesn't have a website, which makes me think they're not very serious about rooting out crooked cops. Tried to find a website for the Mexican Federal Police, and couldn't find one for them either. Let the corruption in Mexico continue on, I guess.
Police Chief Julian Leyzaola hasn't thought about maybe starting up a police dept website, so citizens could report abuses and theft/robbery by the cops? Okay, whatever. He doesn't seem too concerned about that.
Now the El Paso Police Dept has a website. You can contact them, file a complaint, etc. You can't do that with the Juarez cops. Yeah, the corruption will continue over there. Hide your money.
