Cartagena Reports

I was there a few weeks ago and most of the girls were trying to get 150, to 200, 000 peso for short time. When I say short time, to me thats 2 to 3 hours and I tell them that and they will say no 1 hour, I tell them no 2to3 and they will usually go along with that. Most if they like you will want to go with you for whatever amount, but I did have one girl that was really cute and she persued me in LDV the whole night while I drank and when I was ready to leave I asked her how much and she said 400, 000 all night. I said no 200, 000 TLN. She said no. I said how much for short time she and said 200, 000 for 1 hour. I said, I am sorry but this is not going to work. She then tried more negotiating with me but I moved on to another girl I had my eye on, and moved on. It was a shame because she was so worried about money she worked her way right out of a good time. At least thats the way I look at it.

In my opinion prices are going up and more and more gringos are arriving. I don't mind paying more then I did in the DR, because I always felt the girls were nicer, better looking, and demanded a little respect as opposed to DR girls, which I like. I still like Cartagena because over all its a better, more well dressed crowd of visitors then in the DR. But I wouldn't mind finding another beach town area with better prices. I have read about some other countrys but so far nothing has peaked my interest to go to any of them. Also I can't stand casas, I like bars where I can drink and pick up a girl and leave. No bar fines or bullshit like that. Happy hunting!

Doc, that was a good concise report! Especially for regular visitors to CTG. I feel the same way as you. I think ok this is going to be it for this trip and I am going to move on. Then I can't wait to go back. Trying to head back in a couple weeks and was just there in Nov. Again I enjoyed reading this!

Rates were as previously stated. 150k beach girl. 250k todo noche. Leaving 11am.

Nothing new or exciting w / this report, just wanted to give back. Thanks for all the previous help.

I loved it. The age difference and the race difference was obvious to everyone in the restaurant and as a matter of fact, the girl loved the attention. She would never get that kind of attention and respect outside as Colombia is a very "class" oriented society. The waiters treated her like a queen and it was like a scene in the movie "pretty woman". Just to clarify, both of us were dressed elegantly but nothing flashy.

Personally, if you are willing to afford it, I would highly encourage it.

If you've never been to Cartagena before and you've read back a few years through the forum you'd get the impression that short time can be had with a LDV chica for 150, 000 if you're a good negotiator and 300, 000 if your not. The guy on here who says he paid 300K and the guy who says he paid 150k are talking about two completely different girls, unless the guy who paid 300k HAS A THING FOR WASTING MONEY ON HAGS. In my opinion there are really only ever a dozen or so really hot girls at LDV at any given time and they know it, you might get them down to 200K if you're really good, but if you've just canvased the whole club trying to get a girl for 150K or if you don't even buy her a drink she probably won't budge.

There are so few really hot girls at LDV, that the hot ones get tons of business, they don't need to settle.

In September I was at LDV and I met a pereirana she was enhanced front and back very pretty best girl there we'd been drinking for at least an hour (2-3 whiskeys for her) she was dancing for me and sitting on my lap, I was sitting on her stool at the point near the windows I hadn't been to LDV yet that trip so she didn't know me or what I pay nothing, it was 1 am or so and I suggested we go to Tu Candela. She then explained to me she'd love to but she needs to do a trick at LDV before she goes to Elektra. I asked her how much and she said 300k. I said I'd keep her in mind later if I saw her at Elektra. She didn't get her implants by settling for a good time with a cool guy, lowering her prices or lingering in your apartment after vou've blown your load.

The Hot girls at LDV are expensive and all business.

I guess I should clarify my remark, It was more me being self conciuous of the situation. It was fun, just that her clothes were a little more nite club than high end restuarant, the tattoos. 2 on the shoulders with a sleeveless outfit, and making demands on the staff that were excessive. Such as wanting music exactly in our location so making the waiter get up on a ladder. 10 feet high and almost breaking his neck while trying and succeeding in hooking up a non working spreaker. And alot of PDA. And this is actually a girl I like alot and spent alot of time with. I guess I would maybe prep her a bit before we do it again. Cost was not a factor. One of the things I love about CRT is the great restuarants. Just much better to enjoy them w / company. So I will do a better job of prepping her next time.

Nothing beats the Del rey.

I only do this when I have a women who is dressed nice, and is not a kid. That said I do love it when I am in a tourist area, and I see the dirty looks I get from the fat middle age Gringas who are with their brow beaten husbands. Almost as good as a BBBJ. LOL.

Again the key here is to both be dressed in fashion for the area.

After a while I noticed that the hottest girls were from Colombia, and also a few good ones from Nicaragua. That was my first, and last trip to CR as I decided to go to the source. Manny trips later I'm glad I made that choice. Now of course if I was not budget minded I might just hang out in CR, but the cost of hotels, and P4P is more expensive than Colombia, and Nicaragua. If you are just comparing CTG with CR than the cost is about the same.

Thank you for your input! I have given much thought to CR and have not made that trip (especially to the Del rey because there is no beach in that immediate area. I do want to travel to the coast in CR and I think a place called the monkey bar? I was thinking of spending a couple days at the Del rey and 3 days along the coast. But I agree with JG after reading alot about CR and how the majority of the best looking women were Colombian, I went right to the source and am very happy with my trips to Colombia. But again thanks for your input.

Eh, Costa Rica is just OK. Yes, the Del Rey has some things going for it, it's like a man's Toys R Us in that you have gambling, booze, sports, women, cigars and the*s all in one spot.

HOWEVER, the girls there are all trying to turn one and get back out there, turn one and get back out there. This is ABSOLUTELY true of any of them that are at all attractive. If you see a hot Colombian in there, she is going to demand cien, maybe go to ochenta (we are talking DOLLARS now) and the session will be rushed as she will be back to repeat this act four or five times.

The shabbier ones in there are pretty good, nice values and service to be had but I'm not helpless, I could fuck girls their quality and better for free. Once in a while you get one with a good attitude that you just can't say no to.

Places like Key Largo and Sportsman's have a lot of the same girls but a much more relaxed atmosphere with better prices and less of a rush to get back and turn another trick.

The MP scene is the best deal there but Jesus Christ do those girls get run through. Show up early! Sportsman's you can get a good value, $60 for two hours if you're savvy enough. San Jose has some good eating and music but overall a pretty dumpy city, I could think of ten places in Colombia I'd rather visit and it's not like Colombia has Paris and Monaco itself.

Mel[/QUOTE]La Dolce Vita is a bar its in el Laguito in the Plaza Pierino Gallo a shopping mall with a bunch of jewellery stores on the bottom level and La perla casino on the top.

It's the Hotel Del Rey of Cartagena. LOL. All the girls there are working and free lance.
