Yes, I liked the 'Yo' deep dish pizza place at ArtBox (aka Detroit Blue Pan). There is one in my neighborhood in US. When I went over to ArtBox one night in late March, they had closed but perhaps that was due to Covid. Glad to hear they reopened. I also like the rice beer called Copper Beer in front right side of ArtBox. For a while they were selling it by the can for 80 bt. It's made from Jasmine rice too somewhere in Isan. But you know in Thailand even if you buy Thai condoms, each time Thai condoms breaks very easily. Are you sure it's the Grand Sukhumvit Hotel you refer to? On Suk Soi 6, coming from Soi 4 it's on the right hand side just before the Soi turns left and heads up to Sukhumvit? My surprise is because last I heard a couple of years ago this hotel was reported as joiner unfriendly (I don't recall whether it was an absolute prohibition or THB 1500 joiner fee) and was removed from the various guest / joiner friendly hotel sites. Their main market became tour groups by the busload and it seems unlikely to me that a "family friendly" hotel would be allowing freelancers into the bar / nightclub.

I've actually had about 50% of Thai condoms break because they are too small, cheap, was doing lazy dog and girl got dry and I lasted to long. I've had good success getting bareback without asking before hand but I'm getting to the point where I'd like to know its a given. My first attempt was asking up front on Thaifriendly and I was totally shut down, bear in mind 50% are fine with it if they come over without asking. That was a shock. But I have better luck in person. In US since everything is online I'm trying to meet once first then request bareback for second meet. Still work in progress for me.
