I would say it's extremely unlikely for a streetwalker to do that. Here's why:

Streetwalkers deal with several customers every day, usually working in the same area. Most of their customers are locals, who aren't worth drugging and robbing. Hardly worth using 50 k worth of drugs to steal 60 k.

I flew into Medellin from Guadalajara hoping to have at least a decent experience with the SA girls in this city and enjoy some nice restaurants, as well as some nice weather.

Another good restaurant that I would recommend is the Mexican restaurant in the new Amsterdam Plaza called La Santa Guadalupe. They are open fairly late compared to the rest of the restaurants near Tesoro Mall.

The hotel I am staying in is the LaQuinta Hotel, which is girl friendly and inexpensive at about $50 a night. Their pool is open, along with the gym. They also include a free breakfast buffet in the bill. It is located in Las Palmas, so if you are into going to Fase Dos or Las Isla, it is a good location. A Carulla is about a couple of blocks away if you need wine and other groceries for the girls, if you are interested in entertaining them as part of your meet and greet. Also there is a decently priced Peruvian restaurant next to the building, along with a Smart Fit that charges about $18 a month. With regards to the weather, it has been awful, with rain on a daily basis. An Uber driver told me that winter usually begins around this time of year.
