The HK / Cascada new business model
This forum has a lot of complaints about high prices in HK and Cascada. The bros could spend a lot more in HK, but they have been holding back to boycott. The chicas complain that they are not doing as much business as they should due to the high price structure.
HK and Cascada are facing stiff competition from Adelita, Valentina, Golden Palace and street girls. HK and Cascada managements should consider a lower pricing structure to bring in new revenues and increase profit for both the bar, hotel and chicas.
Considering the competition, the following should gain advantage over the competition, improve clients' satisfaction, improve overall business and profit for the bar and chicas:
Beers to cost $3, ficha $5 with unlimited access minimum 20 minutes.
Coupon 2 free beers with lap-dance appetizer good any day of the week for VIP.
A standard arriba rate of $50 or 1,000 pesos. $150 or 2500 pesos for all night, with voluntary propinas for good performance.
Cascada's ST room $10 or 160 pesos for 30 minutes.
Cascada rooms 80% discount for VIP card holders any night of the week.
VIP card $30 or 500 pesos, good for 6 months.
