Yes, you can generally rely on photo-verified sites. Of course, there is some basic photoshopping involved, and the ladies aren't going to choose unflattering photos for their ads.
This is one of those areas where some guys have a crap, unrealistic attitude. If a lady isn't showing her face, she is very likely not going to show you her identifying tattoos either. So of course those are airbrushed out. Duh. Then there are the douches who whine about how the photos were lying abd she was fat, when you could see in the pictures the lady had a waist (not hips, waist) almost as wide as her shoulders or that her legs were thick or some other clear indicator that, while fit, she wasn't a waif.
The point being, true bait and switch incidents are very, very rare with escorts advertising on photo-verified, Portuguese sites.
Apartadox will even tell you if the photos are over one year old. IMO, the biggest problem is with those older photos. I generally take it as a yellow flag that an escort hasn't updated their photos, since many ladies do it regularly. Since only those of us with good memories and who focus on Portugal will recognize an old photo essay, that can be a problem.

Yes if you don't enjoy the escort scene much, and have a strong preference for clubs / brothels, you're right not to visit Lisbon as it is short on those type of establishments; comparing to Madrid is like chalk and cheese.

Flora Neves isn't an ebony; she is very much a white skinned (Caucasian) lady.
