All this talk about Colombian chicas (pro or non-pro, GFE, honesty, puta or not, scams, pesos, looks and beauty factor, dating or friendships or love, blah blah blah, etc) is solely subjective and usually based on one persons perspective and experience so lets keep it real guys.
Here are the guidelines at it's core. Some of these bullet points took me decades to truly understand and appreciate as I have been traveling to Colombia for 25 plus years and now living almost 8 years in Medellin.
If your a know it all or are simply too hard headed then stop reading now and take another 5, 10 or like some guys I know 15 years then after you wise up return to this post and re-read these bullet points:
1. Take nothing and nobody serious.
2. The only honest woman is a prostitute and this is especially true in Colombia.
3. This is their culture, their way of thought process and reasoning abilities, as dark ages as it may seem but they know no different so forget about everything that you learnt.
4. They all think that they are smarter then us, typical of any teenager or early 20's woman any where in the world.
5. It is ALL about the money and the moment that you think anything otherwise your fucked. So stop with the "oh I must be different or special to them" which in your mind somehow elevates you or places you as being more important than the next guy but never forget we are all just another slinging dick and it does not matter our age or looks occupation or how much money we lavish them with.
6. The lower the strata the chica (barrio chicas) the more they lie outright AND the higher the strata the chica is from the only difference is that they have more skill at their dishonesty and are able to be a bit more cleaver at it BUT the culture is to always "gain and play" at whatever the cost.
7. They take no responsibility for anything, this is true for the Colombian chicas and guys, this is their culture and this will never change.
8. They all fuck around, all of them, all the time as this is their culture. I know firsthand as I have been played in years past but now I could care less as I understand how the game is played. Colombian guys will hunt down and do whatever they need to do to get into any chicas pants that they want. They have an art at this and deep down "your special girl" is proud to be the prey as this is normal. Again take nothing serious. My gawd if the walls of my apartment could speak I would be in big trouble as I too have enjoyed playing with chicas that I never imagined I would stoop to in other words the lines that I crossed but I now understand that this is 'normal' so "when in Rome do as the Romans do."
9. When a Colombian chica turns early to mid 20's they have had so much sex with so many guys (and for many of them starting when the were pre-teen) and some other women too that they have become worn down so get it when you can and before they hit about 20, in other words by the grandma age of early to mid 20's. Colombians have one of the highest teenage pregnancy in the world.
10. They change as they hit 20 (spoiled) or so as I have meet many young and fresh non-pro teenagers just starting who were so damn cute and sweet but now 3 or 4 or 5 years later they grace the top spots on Facebook pages and I see them posting pics of their adventures with gringos who take them to Cartagena and San Andreas and Cancun or where ever BUT know this. I have a stash of photos and videos of them from 2 to 5 years ago and the difference is remarkable in terms of plastic surgery and over the top make up and fashion.
11. Have zero expectations, just allow things to happen. I now live every day like this and have an incredible life here in Medellin.
12. Again take no chica serious at anything she says, promises, shows of affection etc rather just enjoy it for what it is.
13. The vast majority of them demands that they have and maintain their independence. This is from generations of the typical Colombian man's dishonesty to them, the irresponsibility and lack of any respect they show for the women.
14. Finally guys, stop over paying them, think about "paying it forward" to the next slinging gringo dick that comes after you in 1 or 2 or 5 years later.
And I will be the first to say that I have come to love the Colombian prostitutes as their honestly is so freeing and I also love the barrio chicas, so much fun.

We're all doing what we do because we feel we're getting something of value in return. Just for the sake of discussion let's use $100 for the example. If I pay $100 for sex with a woman, it's because I feel that sex with that woman is worth more than $100. She does it because she feels $100 is worth more than not having sex with me. If instead of money it's food and drinks, or flowers, or just a few insincere compliments, it's the same thing, we trade something for something else because we feel we're getting the best end of the deal.
Of course, simplifying it makes it more complicated. In the exchange you have to figure out what the other person expects to get in return for spreading her legs.
More outfall from COVID, just like the Delta variant, we now have a new strain of street walkers roaming around "ground zero" in El Centro.
Up until six months ago there where very few street walkers that where actively looking for gringos, which I'm going to label "gringo hunters", and they are becoming more and more prevalent as a result of mongers paying double, triple, and more than what the locals pay.
Unfortunately with Asia being shut down, I am seeing boatloads of mongers who normally would frequent Thailand and the Philippines showing up in El Centro and upsetting the apple cart.
And lots of these mongers have been over paying, and as a result the girls are now asking for way more money when dealing with a gringo.
The "gringo hunters" are very aggressive, and when they spot a gringo, they give them the google eye, come up to them, and shake their booty around which typically they would not do with a local.
Case in point, and this truly illustrates how bad it is. I at times when I see a candy girl of interest will approach them, hand them 500 Pesos, grab whatever is in the bag, and check the merchandise out. Typically these girls all go to the room and I am usually quoted 20-30 k. Yesterday I saw a candy girl of interest, handed her 500 Pesos, and she asked if I wanted to go to the room and when I asked how much she said 50,000 COP. I was shocked, I laughed at her, told her I wasn't a fool, and good luck and walked way. This candy girl was not actively looking for a gringo, but thru the grapevine the street walkers are aware that the gringos are overpaying and trying to get in on the bounty.
Sometimes I hang opposite the Veracruz Church by the glass passageway and just observe. Very few people know I'm a gringo when my mouth is shut, so I am basically under the radar. What I have observed and witnessed is that the Venezuelans are much more adept as "gringo hunters" than the Colombians, and will come on real strong when a gringo passes by either with eye contact, or coming up to them as I mentioned.
And the problem is, all the new mongers here with no experience here can't believe how cheap it is, and when quoted 60 K or more don't bat an eye at paying that for a rato.
I'm just blowing off some steam based on what I have observed and upon hearing what guys are paying as I don't like what I have become aware of, yet have no control over it.
It wasn't like this six months ago, and I can't wait for Asia to open back up.
Not only so I can go there, but to get all the mongers upsetting the apple cart here out of here, but actually some will stop going to Asia after experiencing what is available here.
There will always be hidden gems to mine in Centro, but there going to be harder to find with the onslaught of mongers arriving.

Factory lofts is only letting 3 guests for the entire duration of your stay for free before you start paying additional guest fee. Looks like San peter is the only major GF stay in the area. I can't disagree with almost any of this. I do have one difference of opinion. While many chicas I have seen are all about the money, I have had some who are not. Obviously they are non-pros. Some of them just like to be treated nicely and with respect, the opposite of what Colombian ghetto rats do. That said, "treated nicely" might mean spending a little money on some food or drinks. Or it might not. I really feel like more than a few Colombianas has daddy issues or have other mental issues related to sexual abuse. And they seem to gravitate a guy who is nice to them and shows respect to them. I have had more than a few girls who were with me and never asked for money and it was clear they were not looking for money (so I didn't pay them). They were happy with respectful treatment and a few compliments (which I only give as deserved. Pretty much every chica has something you can compliment honestly). I am 56. I am average in appearance. Yet I have had some great experiences with non-pros. I always ask myself why. Do they like being treated like a lady? Do they like the sincere attention? Do they have a need to be with someone they feel safe with? Do they like to be able to tell their friends they have a gringo friend?
