Well...yeah, maybe you did have bad luck. I took a trip in April-ish and was ready to write the town off completely. About a 50% runner rate. Then the next trip I took, I had 4-5 barfines in a row that were among the ones I've ever had. One was a four-rounder, and another made me go buy Cialis to make sure I could keep her satisfied. Both gave great BJ's. I can't remember details of the others, but I do remember being damned impressed (and surprised). So yeah, it's possible to hit a bad luck streak.

But in general I would certainly agree that you have to have your ducks in a row in AC these days. You can't take anything for granted. Maybe Cebu is better; I can't say because I haven't been there.

The girl being a runner doesn't bring any money into the bar because most of the girls don't return to the bar. And if she is telling a customer she's on her "Mens" she isn't getting bar fined so therefore the bar looses out money there.

Its the amount they have started paying these babes, convincing them that they are something special by calling them spotlight dancers and raising their barfines to a ridiculous amount. The amount the babes are making just for dancing, 340 pesos a night and the additional amount they make from LD's is more than good enough that the babes don't feel the need to go out with a guy unless they really are into him. And Once there if they don't feel like they are being treated special. They will run.

I was in AC for a weekend a couple of weeks ago. Maybe I had a unique experience, but I enjoyed it quite a bit. I bar fined one girl each night. One from fields and one form perimeter. Both were GFE and neither wanted to leave the next day. I am still in touch with them via email and phone. I plan to see them again when I return in a few weeks.

its also good to speak to the mamasan about the girl before bar-fining her. if you are a good customer, mommy will tell the girl to make sure you are happy before leaving you.

These girls are definitely are viewed as cash cows by their family and friends. Why?
Because when they go home they take gifts to all, show off latest cell phone, nice clothes, jewellery, cosmetics etc which their poor family have never seen. And to boot they tell stories about generous western men they met and how she is in love with one special man who promised to marry her and take care of her for the rest of her life.
Only after few years they realize the truth.
Sometimes it is really true that the mother is sick etc. Whatever the emergency is they want money from the girl. The girls see theselves as the benefactor of the family as well. I was giving some money to a bargirl and explicitly told her to open a account and save money because my gifts are not forever. She gave all the money to the family. When finally I stopped she accused of abandoning her. I told her to start earning money.

Over the last two years, runners no longer seem to be an exception. I make it clear to the girl I expect an overnight, but even then still get some who dress upon completion. That said, if I want them the next day and make that clear, then they do tend to stay around. Tips are also an incentive for them to stay around. But I also find those I am happy for them to leave, so at times a runner is a blessing.

Prices have remained relatively unchanged on Perimeter road during that time, but many of the Fields bars are paying huge incentives to get girls, then passing this along to the customer. The concept of short time on Perimeter seems to be a dying option, with more girls basically doing a short time but charging the full bf. Seems a short time price requires a lot more negotiation and agreement than being a menu item. Despite the high prices on Fields, many of the girls are starving, moving to Perimeter, seeking volume both in lady drinks and bf. On Fields bar owner described it as an exodus, so perhaps in the long run customers do have a say in what they are willing to pay and tolerate. A bar and the girls make no money if the customer is unwilling to pay the price of either the lady drink or bf. I get my girls on Perimeter, then take them to fields to enjoy the show and atmosphere. In most cases its the same quality of girls, the drinks are the same (a San Mig is a San Mig, at 60 or 90 peso), and some of the perimeter road bars are doing shows now (Stampede, Eruptions and Emotions).

Another example, one Fields bar charged 1,000 peso to enter and watch a beauty contest which included free local drinks and canapy's (I don't even know what these are). Every Monday, a group of Perimeter road bars put on fun shows, provide a full meal, free local drinks for the customer, 100 peso lady drinks, all for 500 peso. Canapy's must be much dearer than food.

first of all, when the waitress comes over and ask do i want to buy the girl a drink i always say no. this is to see how the girl reacts. if she immediately gets up and leaves then i know it was about earning the ld money and not me. if she want to be with you she will sit for a few more minutes even without having a ld. after couple of minutes i will then buy her a ld. i see how we click, if all goes well i still do not bar fine the bab. i make an excuse why we can't get together that night and schedule to meet her either the next day or later in the week. the next time i return to the bar i see how eager she is to see me and keep me company. its at this point i determine whether she is bf material. since i have been going there for years i have plenty of old time favorites that i can see while i do this process with new prospects. so after the first nights i have lined up the new ones to see the remaining nights and i keep the rotation going the entire vacation. this approach works for me and it seems by the time a girl comes to my room we have developed a repore and i receive the gfe i seek.

Hesekiels (wish he had a nickname....) makes a good point. I think this strategy works best for people who live in PI or come often. Those people probably don't need advice...

Nevertheless, I think the TG concept is valid. Chat up the ladies like a Casanovva, be friendly, be mysterious, make jokes....etc....

The way I depart from TG is I would be more likely to barfine that night. But sometimes I don't, and come back the next night. It does create a different vibe.

I drink a bit, so I do keep a pen and paper to keep notes. I don't have the photographic memory i thought I had. What was I talking about?

Oh, In the event that I was out in the afternoon, and already was spent from the night before, I would definitely take names and numbers and write things down in case excessive consumption consumned my short term memory...

Nevertheless, I always meet ladies in AC who say, "Oh, you don't remember me?"

The problem is even worse in Cebu where there seems to be less turnover.

Just returned from 3 weeks in PI. The first week was in manila to meet a girl I met online. After that went sour I made a bee line for AC. Take bus from trinoma mall 132 pesos trike to mo's place 80 pesos.

Mo's place: great location, rooms can be noisey. Room 1 and 2 are semi quiet overlooking the pool. Room 1 had poor internet at best other rooms were much better. The food at their restaruant was Great it was the best of any hotel in AC. Mo's place is in the heart of Fields Ave. So for a first time or seasoned vet it is a good choice. Get your discount card when you check in. Mo's is also the home of 2 strip clubs, both clubs are open 24/7

Vodoo's the girls are super friendly! EWR 1100 peso girls tip 200 short time and 500 all night. Treat the girls nice and they will give you the attention you need. I always bought the girl I was with atleast one meal. After a few days I had a girl refuse to take a tip.

It is all in how you treat a girl

Ac 1600 2000 pesos had a hard time getting rid of the girls.

Manila 5000 peso for 3 hours most were ready to leave after 2 (waste of money)
