I seen a customer get scammed yesterday, and I won't hide the waiter's name. I think the customers were Mexicans, but they were quite white, but spoke perfect Spanish. One guy is very drunk while sitting in a seat next to the stage on the Noorth side of HK bar. He had a girl giving him a lap dance and the girl was having so much fun she didn't drink her beer. He was in his own world, sucking tits, dry humping her on the side of the stage, and other customers watching and laughing.

After about 15 minutes a waiter goes up to them and demands they buy another drink. But the guy is so zoned out he doesn't reply. His friend does him a favor and orders a lady drink for his friend's girl. The waiter takes 20 dollars from the friend, goes to the bar, but DOES NOT bring back any drink. The waiter walks in from behind and picks up the old beer and puts a new napkin under it. Then he had the balls to wait for his friend to give a tip. And he did. I think the girl figured this out, but she wasn't exactly cool with it. She wrapped the beer bottle with 3 napkins. I couldn't figure out why she did this, until just now I figure she did this to mark the bottle. A new bottle of beer won't come with a bunch of napkins wrapped around it.

To make it worse a different waiter comes in 1 minute later and tells them to buy a new drink. Now, even the drunk guy paid attention to this and got pissed off. And his friend and the girl were arguing with the second waiter. He eventually left.

So, no matter how slowly your girl drinks, someone will eventually push you to buy another drink. If she didn't drink much, they might try to scam you and not bring a new drink. The waiters name is Roberto. No telling how many Robertos there are there.

I was actually quite unhappy about this, but they were on the other side of the stage, and not likely any business of this gringo.

But lower pay would make it less desirable and some would leave HK for other bars or leave Tijuana or leave the business all together. That alone will drive the price up for the remaining pretty girls at HK.

Most of my USA based mongering is with variations of Asian massage places. I can say conclusively that expensive places tend to have prettier and younger girls than the cheaper places. The same concept will hold for HK and zona Norte in general.

HK may be packed on weekends, but most guys are just look loose. Most, like 90%, are not even tipping strippers, much less buying other more expensive offers in the bar.

Probably only about 10% would tip strippers, 5% would buy a ficha, and may be 1 to 2 % would take a girl arriba.

In my estimate, about 80% of the girls are just hanging out all night, not getting any tips, not selling any fichas or arribas. I knew many girls who could not break even in HK after paying for the double room in Cascada. The supply seem to be a lot higher than the demand. Presently prices are left to the chicas to negotiate. But perhaps HK management has better business sense than the chicas, and can suggest to them to better price and market themselves. About 3 years ago I was able to find many chicas who would do 500 pesos or $40. Now I can't even get one to go at 1000 pesos. They all want $80 or 1300 pesos firm. A lot of guys can find equally attractive, young and sexy street girls for 200- 300 pesos, some are even better in bed then HK's rubber dolls. They also have competition from freelancers posting in CL and BP, who take away a big chunk of their local monger market.

If HK and Cascada adjust their prices down, and likewise convince chicas to go lower, or be more flexible, with their prices, perhaps revenue and profit would both increase for them.

If more girls get some revenues regularly, they are more likely to stay and more new girls may pack in, offering more choices and better price points for the bros.

Perhaps HK should raise it's cover charges to keep cheap guys out, and split some of that income with the girls or clients with some innovative incentive schemes.

Bidding and Raffling are always fun and exciting. Perhaps HK should try bidding off sessions with putas, raffling off a few free drinks, free pussies, fichas, lap dances ect. To keep things exciting. May be some sort of frequent flyer accounts where guys can log what they spend in the club and get some freebies.
