I have not visited Nosy Boraha since 2008. I have searched the site but I could not find anything about girls and where to find them. From airport to City you should Pay 40-50 k Max.

Walk at the end of the parking or outside the airport to catch a taxi or private Car there.

Street Hooker are everywhere around the rue independence, around sole hotel and The fire department. Especially from evening On.

As long as its not completely dark you will be fine.
